Concerned citizens who busted the operation & were featured in “2000 Mules”—@Gary4AZSenate & @DavidLa15032942—recently spoke with me, explaining AG @GeneralBrnovich slow-walked indictments in 2020, even allowing fraud to occur in the general election to ‘compare’ to the primary.

Guillermina Fuentes—former Mayor of San Luis and Gadsden Elementary School Board member—pleaded guilty more than 15 months after she was indicted on 4 felony charges.

Notably, she switched her plea from not guilty to guilty within a week of D’Souza’s hit debut of “2000 Mules.”

Authorities say Fuentes ran a sophisticated operation using her status in Democratic politics in AZ to persuade voters to let her gather and even fill out their ballots.

Yet the crime she admitted in court last month doesn’t involve filling out ballots, or any broader efforts…

Per TGP, “heavier charges of Forgery and Conspiracy were dropped in Fuentes’ plea agreement and she only pleaded guilty to one minor count of ballot abuse.”

In a court filing Wed, prosecutors said Fuentes “appears to have been caught on video running a modern-day political machine seeking to influence the outcome of the municipal election in San Luis, collecting votes through illegal methods.”

They’re seeking a 1-yr prison sentence.

A second woman involved—Alma Juarez—pleaded guilty in March to one count of ballot abuse after admitting to police Fuentes handed her ballots with instructions to deposit them in a drop box.

TGP reports “the hearing has been postponed until Sept. 1.”

The AZ primary is Aug. 2.

These convictions come from the 2020 primary election, but Snyder and Lara promise 2020 general election indictments are coming next.

It’s just one ballot trafficking ring in one city in one battlefield state.

These criminals remain free for the primary election. Is the fix in?

AG @GeneralBrnovich’s office had Snyder and Lara’s primary election fraud evidence in August 2020.

He could’ve stopped fraud from happening in the 2020 general election—but he intentionally waited until December 2020 to file the first indictments.

History is repeating itself.
