TENSIONS RUNNING HIGH IN KEARNEY, NE AT @NEGOP CONVENTION:

Here's a play by play update from this morning:

8:00am - @IanMSwanson standing guard at the door, refusing to allow duly-elected delegates entry into the convention center with resolutions

8:17am - Samuel Lyon tries to enter Convention with resolutions and @gagetaylor steps in front of him, barring him from entry

8:30am - Some delegates let in with resolutions; targeted Patriots with resolutions are told they must provide resolutions to leadership before entry

9:02am - Speakers kickoff convention

10:30am - duly-elected delegate, Matt Innis, gets arrested for allegedly trespassing at the convention

10:35am - Fanchon Blythe is threatened with arrest for trespassing and is escorted away from the property

11:00am - NEGOP Convention attendees are sent disparaging texts directly from the state party mischaracterizing duly-elected delegates

11:15am - On the floor of the convention, delegates learn of what has transpired outside with the arrest of Matt Innis and blocking of entry for Fanchon Blythe and Robert Borer (1/2)

11:17am - Patriots in the room note an immediate shift in energy. One person is quoted as saying, "The old farmers are here to fight." (2/2)

11:20am - @gagetaylor, Executive Director of the NEGOP, lies and says disparaging text messages sent by the @NEGOP are not actually coming from the NEGOP 😂😂

12:00pm - Motion to break for lunch is brought to the floor. Patriots overwhelmingly deny the motion; say they aren't going anywhere.

One attendee quoted with saying, "I survived Jan 6, I can go without lunch" 🇺🇸

12:30pm - Establishment Lackie for the Party, @DalladJr , lies AGAIN and says that tweets from the @NEGOP are not coming from the NEGOP

12:40pm - Leadership is requiring counties to defend their delegation

Lancaster Delegate, Liz Davids, is quoted saying "We are the party of free speech" and is met with roaring applause

12:50pm - Fanchon Blythe is RE-SEATED AND CREDENTIALED as a delegate to the @NEGOP State Convention after credentials were wrongfully revoked by the establishment earlier this week

The vote to re-seat was nearly unanimous

1:00pm - Matt Innis, who was earlier ARRESTED for trespassing, is now RE-SEATED AND CREDENTIALED by the @NEGOP state delegation

1:10pm - Robert Borer, former Nebraska First Secretary of State Candidate, is now RE-SEATED AND CREDENTIALED by the @NEGOP state delegation

1:13pm - What a cluster flock of a day for @NEGOP
Especially compared to the authentic patriotic energy of yesterday

Make no mistake - the Nebraska Republican Party is the party of PATRIOTS, NOT the Establishment.

Also re-seated and credentialed by the @NEGOP state delegation is Faith White and Amy Thorpe

These delegates received the same letters as other duly-elected delegates revoking their credentials for the state convention

Establishment tries to insist Patriots didn't follow rules bc they didn't list order of business as required

Jon Tucker, former Douglas County Republican County Chairman, objects. If Patriots win - a new agenda is turned over for the convention that puts amendments before caucus

The @NEGOP State Convention finally breaks for a 30min lunch

They will come back for district caucuses and follow with resolution and report votes

@NEGOP All 5 Patriot Delegates who had credentials revoked by the corrupt establishment of the @NEGOP have been RE-SEATED AND CREDENTIALED.

They are now trying to run out the clock to prevent business from being conducted & Patriot resolutions from proposed and voted on.

They don't want to put in the work required to work for the PEOPLE of Nebraska. We're here to do the work.

Thankfully, we have secured a secondary location & venue at the Eagles Club in Kearney.

So no worries, @NEGOP - if you get kicked out of the Younes Center, the Eagles Club is ready and willing to accommodate our state delegation to continue business!

Establishment Lackie and former Governor Rickett's Secretary, Nancy McCabe, just told Douglas County delegates that there may be a take over of the party & begged everyone to stand strong with the current regime .

2:30pm - Governor Ricketts has fled Kearney knowing he's lost total control of his self-funded State Party.

Ricketts is heading to hide in Pillen's basement where we're sure they'll share an ice cream cone🍦🤣

Matt Innis and Fanchon Blythe have been RE-SEATED AND CREDENTIALED and are back on site at the @NEGOP State Convention, after multiple attempts to ban them from entry & the party as a whole.

3:00pm - Paul Younes, owner of the Younes Convention Center where @NEGOP is holding the State Convention, says no other event is taking place at the convention center tonight.

The state delegation is welcome to stay as long as needed at no extra charge.

4:07pm - Denise Bradshaw of Douglas County (Patriot!!!) is debating on the floor right now.

She is very informed with the current infrastructure and lack of leadership/support.

4:08pm - Patriots call out leadership for lying about a wedding on site as the need to adjourn for convention.

Mr. Younes, owner of the venue, has confirmed there are no other events taking place tonight & the meeting is free to continue.

Leadership was silent.

4:11pm - Patriot brings motion to the floor to extend debate on the topic of removing Dan Welch.

States "we have waited the entire time for this moment".

4:12pm - A motion is made to extend the debate to 4:50pm by someone who "doesn't want to be here all night".

4:19pm - Liz Davids of Lancaster Co is speaking.

"The @NEGOP has abandoned us.

4:24pm - Pam Dingman, Vice Chair currently in charge, says the number of delegates needs to be determined before a vote can take place

4:32pm - calling all delegates into the room so they can vote on whether or not to remove Dan Welch as chairman of the @NEGOP

4:33pm - calling in delegates from the hallway, making final call before vote

4:33pm - delegates supportive of Dan Welch have left, the room still has quorum

It is reported that Dan Welch nearly cried 😬

4:35pm - they are counting the number of delegates present & will vote by paper ballot, as stated earlier

Dan Welch states he is fine with whatever the outcome is @NEGOP

4:39pm - they are collecting ballots for the vote

5:02pm - our delegates in the room are reporting that the votes are being counted in a back room, secluded & removed from everything.

Brian Kruse, Douglas Co Election Commissioner, is monitoring the vote count.

Fingers crossed Pam Dingman isn't anywhere near the ballot box!!

5:07pm - the conversation has shifted to election integrity while ballots are being counted

"Unless Dominion or ESS plugged in the black ballot boxes, I see little chance that Welch survives. It's simple majority. I'd probably bet he's gone even at 2/3rds" - delegate on site

With all of the vote counts today that took place, you’d think the Secretary of State would want to ensure that all elections were executed correctly!

Nowhere has Bob Evnen been seen.
Will he ever show up to work over the next 4 years?!

5:30pm - the delegates have been called back into the room.

We are assuming the total has been tallied.

5:34pm - Dan Welch, has been REMOVED as @NEGOP Chairman by vote of the state delegation

130-20 votes.
