With news of 2 of the gang of Jan 6th coup d'etat plotters having suddenly their attorneys quit (or request from judge to be removed from a criminal case), I will add 7th category to my numeric code of how screwed these are: "attorney quit"

After the attorneys starting to quit news, I now use these 7 numeric codes:

1 = Jan 6th Committee has evidence
2 = pleaded 5th to Jan 6th
3 = begged for Presidential pardon
4 = Grand Jury (= criminal) subpoena
5 = own attorney quits
6 = has apparently flipped
7 = has confessed

So far after 7 hearings:

CORRECTION - I have wrong code for Sen #LeningradLindsey Graham in this Thread. In my update, I did not notice to assign correct code when my numbers changed, to Graham

He is the only apparent flip so far, so instead of 4,5 his code should be 4,6
