You are not Swa+tantra = Self Governance, if native population is not represented in the document.

Several Indian dharmic non-translatables are dumbed down to Abrahamic streamlining by interpretation in the ill-equipped English language.

Elected Govt has to dance to the tunes of Vote bundles.
Judiciary can adhere max to what's written in the Constitution.
Guess what? It has no space for 4 Indian Dharmas. It is made for Religions of Foreign Origin.

Religion is an organised system based on beliefs in a God or Gods. Results into non-acceptance of existence of any other Gods or dharmas.

Mob objectives - conversion & takeover with a blanket separation of treatment bet believers & non-believers.

Religions come from the “Aadesh” philosophy of strict commandments to define someone is a believer or not.

4 Indian dharmas come from the “Updesh” philosophy of recommendations.

Indian dharmas are all about individual seeking of liberation. The seeking is for the individual to decide based on his own interpretations & capacities.

Dharmas (duty) talk about Good vs. Evil & would never push for blanket exclusivity bet. believers & non-believers.

The four Indian dharmas are all encompassing, living, non-living - the entire universe. You can tell the dharma of water & that of fire. You can’t spell out their religions.

Temple is a place of worship vs. Man+dir is a place where you elevate your inner-self.

Mandirs been uni campuses, centre for feeding prasad-food, centres of art, research, medicine & so on.
The Vihaaras of Saadhus were student-faculty exchange + research programs. Each mandir has diff. objectives based on values of which Bhagwaan’s pran-pratishtha is done.

Prayer vs. Pooja - Word prayer has its root origin from asking - material things + forgiveness of sins. Prayer can be done anywhere in a temple, in front of a teacher or in a court of law & so on.

Pooja, Anushthaan, Yagya & Aarti are completely different. Dharmas are about seeking spirituality & individual liberation. One cannot ask for material things or discount on crimes🤣like abrahamic religions while seeking liberation.

God vs. Bhagwaan - Indian dharmas do not come from the “God-follower” concept of worship.

Religion is about believing in a God-fearing life. Indian dharmas are about seeking a karma-fearing life.

There is no concept of God in the Indian dharmas.

Indian dharmas are about seeking the supreme values represented by the Bhagwaan. THEY aren’t some forces which exist at some unknown place like Gods of religions. Indian dharmas point out that the element of supreme is within each of us & everywhere.

Religions believe in the concept of 1 life - remain in anxiety of consuming everything in 1 life. Dharmas talk about life-cycles based on past & current karmas, which is why India runs like a miracle with least crimes per person of population w/o hi-tech law & order

Idol vs. Murti - Idol can be of anyone & put up anywhere. Poster or idol of a politician, sportsman, scientist,..
What we do is not idol worship. Murti is a physical representation (Murat) of the Bhagwaans for seeking & invoking divine principle/value they represent.

Caste vs. Jaati, Dharma, Varna & Kula - the occupation was tagged by their surnames in the West like blacksmith, barber, porter, tailor,...

The passing of skills to next gen in ancient India was about family unit structure & had nothing to do with Dharma.

The Indian state does not have the capacity or the resources to even map the diversity of each of our dharmas, sampradayas & mandirs.

Hence, the Places of Worship Act & allied definitions in the constitution does not apply at all.

Until we have a space for Dharmas in the document, we won't have a stake on any geography on this planet.
