#Breaking The Delhi High Court has reserved its orders on an appeal challenging the single-judge's order denying information about December 2018 collegium meeting.

The appeal was filed by activist Anjali Bhardwaj and argued by advocate @pbhushan1
Single-judge Justice Yashwant Varma had dismissed the petition in March.

Bhushan told the court that decision of the collegium where elevation of judges to the SC was made was never made public. He added that one of the judges, who was part of the collegium, told him personally that the decision was noted in writing.
