1/ Kromatika Point of view on the situation between #coinbase and #sec

Let's go back:

11 April: Coinbase writes a blog and mentions $KROM as one of the tokens that are planned to be listed.

We were surprised, considering we didn’t plan for it.

2/ Insider Trader

Shortly after the consideration, there were some blog posts about guys trading $KROM and other tokens which are potentially considered for Coinbase.

We couldn’t do anything about that, since $KROM is permissionless token, initially fair-launched on DEX.

4/ SEC

Kromatika hasn't launched any staking program.
$KROM does not have staking nor revenue share to its holders!

5/ $KROM

Holding krom gives you not a single right to Kromatika Finance, nor to govern the project. There are no rewards for holding $krom.

$KROM is a utility token, allowing you pay for the service fee to unlock the limit order feature of the Kromatika protocol.

5/ Kromatika Protocol

The focus is on the #Kromatika Protocol.

Kromatika protocol is very unique because you can use the limit orders on DEX with front bot protection, no swap fees, no price slippage and of top of that you get LP fees.

Soon launching gasless DEX swaps.

Our Lead Developer says that the trading volume on Uniswap at Optimism is 41$M, again this has nothing to do with $KROM token itself.
