Au where Izuku and Katsuki have a child, they're not married, just together as a couple.

The thing is that they fight all the time and end taking different ways, of course, still being responsible for the child. For a time everything worked fine.

Katsuki was a wonderful parent and Izuku was happy that their relationship was healing, not in a romantic way, just a healthy co-parenting.

Until Katsuki married somebody else. The new wife had already a child, same age as their son and after a couple of months, they were expecting their first child together.

That's when everything went bad.

"Today is Katsuma's spelling bee" Izuku.

"Sorry, Hanabi has fever” Katsuki talking about his partner's child.

"Today is your day with Katsuma," Izuku said again.

"Sorry, I can't, I have an important meeting"

"Not today, but tell him I love him, and as soon as I can, I'll be there," he never called back.

"It's my son's 100 days, I can't"

"I have so much work"

"Have a presentation at princess school"

"Have something important to do"

But what broke his heart was when Katsuki called "my little cracker" to his new son, the nickname he used to call Katsuma.

And Katsuma listened.

And he looked at his father with longing eyes.

And he didn't shed any tear, but Izuku could hear his baby's heart breaking.

From that day, Izuku stopped to reach his ex, and his son did the same.

Katsuma ignored Katsuki the days he was with him. Ignored his "siblings", ignored his father's wife and at some point, he stopped to go with them.

But then Izuku met someone else. A bakery owner (Touya).

He was a wonderful human being, a wonderful boyfriend and a wonderful parent.

He was filled with tattoos and piercings, dyed hair and intimidating blue eyes, but he was soft with his baby boy, he was there on Katsuma's eight bday, he was there on EVERY school event; he was there when he broke his arm, when he got an ugly fever,

when both pranked uncle Shoto and almost made the poor man lost his soul. He was there for Katsuma and Izuku.

Katsuki felt the rejection, but was more worried about his newborn and enjoying his new family to worry too much. He thought this was some kind of phase and some day his first son would be the lovely child he used to be before.

Until he heard his son call somebody else "papa", he saw his son holding another hand and smiling so brightly at another eyes. He saw the tattooed man crunching down and cleaning ice cream of his son's chubby cheek and smiling so tender and saying:

"be careful with your clothes my little star, we don't want to get dirty today"

The eighth years old looked at the blue eyes, and said with the sweetest voice, "I love you, you are the bestest papa"

Katsuki was frozen. His heart beating so hard that it felt like leaving his chest, the soft laugh of his child stabbing him like a sharp knife.

"Bakugo," an emotionless voice startled him, almost dropping the gift bag "We were not expecting you " the man said at his side, sipping his soda loudly.

"Todoroki" Bakugo frowned looking at his old friend "Why wouldn't you expect me? It's my son's birthday" Bakugo said, upset, but Shoto answered him with another loud sip, getting on his nerves.

"Well, you kinda lost your parental rights the moment you chosen another people before your son" the bicolor man looked straight at his red eyes "You are a shitty father"

"Wha-" the younger Todoroki didn't let him finish

"And I know about shitty parents, believe me" and another loudly sip. Bakugo looked again at his son who talked with the tattooed man excitedly moving his little hands the same way Izuku used to do when he talked about his comics

His chest tightened at the memory.

"I'm not here to talk to you, where is Izuku and who's the fucker carrying my child?"

Shoto frowned.

"My brother" he turned his face to see his brother with the little blond on his arms "And Izuku is in the kitchen, you need to talk to him, but not know, don't ruin Katsuma's birthday" Katsuki walked towards the house ignoring the other alpha.

"I'm not going to ruin anything" whispered to the wind.

Izuku was on his phone talking with his mom.

"Don't worry mom, don't rush or anything, I'll tell him that you are arriving a little late, I mean, he's already entertained with Touya" Izuku smiled.

"I'm glad you are not alone honey " his mom chuckled softly "I'll try to be there before he slide the cake"

"But don't rush, drive carefully and don't fight anyone, okay?"

"Yes yes yes, mom" both giggled "I'll be there soon baby, love you"

"Love you mom"

He hung up, and steps walked towards him. When he raised his face from his phone, red eyes looked at him. Unmediated, his back straightened and his body tensed up.

"You are here"

"Of course I'm here" he raised both hands and dropped them at his side "Why wouldn't I be here? It's my child's birthday" Izuku frowned, crossing his arms over his chest.

"Because you weren't there last week when he got the protagonist, or when he won the judo competition, or when he was with the dentist, or when he broke his arm- oh! What a surprise we didn't expected you!" Izuku imitated Katsuki's motions

"You, the father of the fucking year, stupid me" Katsuki rolles his eyes.

"Don't start with this Izuku" his shoulders tensed up before answer with fake calm

"Oh, now I'm the one starting, fabolous" the omega was getting angrier looking at his ex face, that relaxed expression, as if Izuku was the irrational one.

"Of course you are, I'm here just to say hi and wish my son a happy birthday, but you always get mad for- for anything, nobody can't talk to you without getting yelled "

"Fucking Christ " Izuku covered his eyes with the heels of his hands

"You are then the fucking victim, of course!" Katsuki put the gift on the nearest surface

"See? You are getting exalted for anything, just breathe and I'll talk to you when you are not being insufferable"

He motioned towards Izuku's being and tried to take back the bag, but Izuku talked.

"No, you don't come to my house-"

"It's my house too," Katsuki said calmly, crossing his arms over his chest.

"No, it's not-"

"I bought it" Izuku wanted to cry out of frustration.

"I don't fucking care, Bakugo" Izuku chuckled humorless "I-I, You are not the one cleaning it, or making sure to give maintenance to the house, or repairing when something gets fucked up, or living here.

You lost all your rights over this house the moment you decided to make a family outside.

And" Izuku inhaled and exhaled pointing at the blond alpha "And if you are going to start with this kind of shit over who own the house, I'm not going to hetistated to sue you" Katsuki looked down at Izuku and the omega wanted to erase that calm with a punch.

"I'm not starting anything Izuku, I didn't even mention anything about taking the house. You are the one making assumptions and offending me when I am trying to talk to you" Katsuki motioned at Izuku, who was over the edge of a mental collapse

"Look at you, you can't even calm yourself"

Am I the problem?

For a second Izuku asked himself, should he just shrug and stay quiet for peace?

"This is why we couldn't get to anywhere, calm yourself and let's talk later"

"No" Izuku said "You are not running away"

"I've never run away, " Katsuki said, the facade starting to fade.

"Yes, you do, you run away of your parents, you run away of the things that makes you feel weak, you run away of me and Katsuma, and you keep doing it"

"That's not fucking true"

"Then, why did you leave?" Izuku said, for the first time calmly. Katsuki chuckled

"I leave because I can't stand you " Katsuki said stepping on Izuku's personal space "Because you are so fucking annoying, you can't keep your mouth shut for a moment"

Ouch

"You always want to pick me into a fight with you, because I didn't do shit, because I did something you didn't like, because I was late, because I fucking breathed on your FUCKING space" Izuku stepped back "I don't even know why I fucked and knocked you up"

Izuku's tears were rolling down his freckled cheeks.

"That doesn't explain why you left my son behind," Izuku sobbed. "My baby doesn't deserve being treated the way you treated him." Izuku felt the air not reaching his lungs.

"Why do you have to be so cruel?" Katsuki looked at the green glossy eyes, and felt like an asshole.

"I'm sorry" Izuku shaked his head sobbing into his hands, and the alpha tried to touch him, but as soon as his hand touched his shoulder, Izuku snapped up.

"DON'T TOUCH ME" the omega shoved the hand away and tried to pass Katsuki . The alpha cursed under his breath.

"Look, Izuku, I'm-"

"What the fuck did you do?"

A cold voice asked, blue glacial eyes looked at Katsuki and then averted to the omega.

"Toucchan" and something in Touya's brain clicked, something primitive and usually calm.

His alpha for the first time in his life wanted to fight, the distressed smell of a member of his pack, his mate, awakened the need to protect.

With a hand, Touya pulled Izuku's behind him, he bared his fangs growling.

And Katsuki's instincts kicked in as well imitating Touya's posture.

And fuck, fuck fuck fuck.

Izuku tried to calm himself to calm his alpha, but he couldn't stop the whimpers or the tears, he didn't know what to do, he was in shock, this is the first time seeing Touya being "aggressive", and honestly it was really intimidating.

"Back off dude, I'm barely holding back" Touya said, trying to stay as calm as possible, but Katsuki wasn't going easy.

"You back off fucker, I'm talking with the dam of my pup, this isn't your business " Katsuki growled.

"I'm the only one that has been there the last couple of years, Izuku is my mate and you hurted him, of course is my business" Touya chuckled "Fucker"

"You know what? I'm done" Katsuki said raising his hands.

"You can keep him, I already puped him, if he wants to open his legs like a whore-"

And Touya was done too, he landed the first fit on the blond's face making him fall on the blue cake.

The alpha was seeing red, how did he dare to talk that way to Izuku, sweet and beautiful Izuku? The omega that not just gave him a pup, but the person that gave up a lot of things to take care of his pup.

He felt a bit on his arm and scratches on his skin, but he really didn't care.

He felt someone pulling of his shirt, and someone calling him, but the *protect mate* *protect pup* *protect pack* were louder.

Izuku was panicking, what should he do?, Step ahead and try to-

-separate them? No, he could get hurt and it would be worse, call the police? That would not only ruin Katsuma's birthday (I mean, it's already ruined, but it could get worse) and get Touya in trouble, throw water?, Call someone?

It really didn't matter anymore, because his-

-feet moved on his own and he pulled Touya's shirt trying to catch his attention, but the alpha didn't react, and when he thought he would get a hit on the face, another hand stopped the elbow and pushed Izuku back making him fall on his ass

"Katsuma it's outside, go with him" but the thing is that Katsuma wasn't outside anymore.

Izuku stood up and ran to his son, the poor child was looking straight at his uncle holding his daddy while his sire was on the floor trying to stand up and continue the fight.

The omega hugged the pup trying to block the sight and take him to another place. But the pup kicked his little legs making Izuku fall on his ass again and run to the fight.

"DADDY" Katsuma screamed and all the movement stopped.

Touya's alpha finally reacted to the call of the pup and turned to see the pup run straight at Katsuki.

But he didn't hug the alpha or cry on his arms, he kicked his leg screaming to get out of his house, the poor child was shaking looking at the other blond with fear in his eyes, but still kicking and thrashing at the taller alpha.

"Son-"

"No! You hurted Daddy, and mommy and-and ruined everything, I hate you, get out!" Izuku rushed to his son and hugged him while the pup kept screaming at the blond alpha.

Shoto let go of his brother, who hugged his small family and looked cold in Katsuki's eyes.

"Get the fuck out"

Shoto put his hands on the other shoulders shoving him to the principal entrance seeing how nobody was there, the yard was empty.

Todoroki shoved him in his own car and started to drive.

The way was silent, Katsuki still hearing his son's voice screaming "I hate you" in a loop, and the heterochromic alpha thinking if he should say what he had in mind.

But you know, fuck it.

"You are a shitty father" the alpha started and Katsuki looked at him, but Shoto'a eyes were glued on the path.

"Wha-"

"Shut up" the alpha said with a cold voice "You are going to shut up and listen for once in your life" Shoto sighed and parked on a side of the road with his turn signals on, but even then, he didn't look at the blond.

"You are a shitty father, and I know about that, I know what is be on Katsuma's shoes" his lips turned on a line before to continue "I tried to understand and don't say anything, because I know when something isn't working, the best course of action is leaving for the peace.

I didn't say anything because I know that love isn't enough to keep you in a relationship, and I know that a child shouldn't keep people in a relationship that nobody wants, that only will hurt the pup" Todoroki's grip on the steering turned his knuckles white.

"And I know you know that, because you was my friend, I told you my story hoping that you would be different, a better father than mine, and even yours" the alpha relaxed his hands and finally turned to see the blond

"But what happened there wasn't just an argument between exes, that was violence" Todoroki's voice trembled and Katsuki lowered his sight looking at his bloody hands "My brother would never start a fight without a reason, maybe a stupid reason"

"I-"

"I'm not done" Todoroki cut him "You guys were screaming pretty loud, and I had to send everybody to home" Todoroki sighed "You can't demand rights over a child that you abandoned"

"I didn't-"

"SHUT UP BAKUGO, OF COURSE YOU DID" Todoroki closed his eyes trying to calm down "You did, send money it's not enough, because that's Katsuma's rights, it's the bare minimum"

"I tried to understand, everybody deserves be happy, make a family with someone you really love, but, leave your son behind and then act like you deserve being called a dad by him? No, you lose that rights and my brother won that privilege- and I'm not saying it because he is my-

-brother, I say it because I've seen the last years how he loved the family you left "the alpha turned the engine "You really fucked up this Bakugo" he started to drive again "I hope that you find happiness, but let the rest be happy as well"

"No, mom, it's okay, I need time with the boys, we need to solve this by ourselves, but thank you so much, I'll call you later, I love you" Izuku hung up and sat on the bathroom floor trying to collect himself, hands on his face and breathing irregular.

Why does everything go bad?

Why can't he be happy?

What has he done to deserve this?

Every time he tries to be happy the things end up going terrible, as he didn't deserve to be happy.

Knock knock

"Izuku?" A voice calls him, he knows it is Touya, but he feels ashamed. How can he see him in the face after all that? It's his fault that he is hurted- "I'm coming" -he should stop, always picking a fight with the blond, he should shrugged up and bare it for the moment, it was-

-Katsuma's birthday and he ruined-

"Shhhhh" warm arms held him "It's okay, I'm here" Touya kissed his head cooing him "it's okay, let it out "

"It's not o-okay Touya" Izuku said burying his face on the alpha's shoulder "Anything it's okay "

"Well, then anything it's okay " the alpha caressed the curly hair "But you aren't alone, we are together, we are a team, okay?, Don't try to do things by yourself "

"But it's my fault" Izuku's breath shivered "I should just shut my mouth and stay silent for the peace, now you are hurted and I don't know if he is going to demand or- god you are hurted, you need to go to the hospital"

Izuku tried to stand up, but Touya held him placing him between his legs.

"I need you to understand something love" Touya held Izuku's hands on his, caressing with his thumb his palms "You aren't responsible of my decisions, or your ex's, or anyone'a but your's, and even then-

-it's not the end of the world if you do one bad choice or two" the alpha kissed the freckled hands "What I did was stupid, I'm so sorry-"

"I'm sorry, you get-"

"Love, I'm not a fan of interrupting you, but this time I really need you to listen, okay?" Izuku nodded looking at his intertwined hands, but Touya lifted his chin with one finger

"I'm sorry for getting into a fight with him, it was unrespectful to you, the violence it's never the solution and it was MY decision choice violence, not yours, mine, and if you are okay with letting me amend this, I'll never reply this kind of behavior ever again"

Touya said looking at the green orbs, he was really sorry for mess up his pup's birthday, there were others solutions, but he was so angry-

"I hate violence, and you scared me" Izuku said looking at the blue eyes, and Touya's heart hurted "I didn't know what to do and it was scary "

"I'm so sorry my love" Touya hugged him feeling his shirt wet

"Don't do that ever again, please"

"I'll never do that again, I promise, and if I do it, you can chop my junior and give it to the dogs " Touya said and Izuku giggled.

"I'm not going to do that "

"Fine, then I'll do it myself " Touya kissed his head again "But I'm serious when I said I'm sorry for everything. Izuku, I'm sorry for unrespect you and scare you"

"Then, I'm sorry for making you take that decision and I pardon you " Touya sighed.

"Thank you love, but you don't need to be sorry, if I'm honest, from a time ago I really wanted to punch that bitchy face, so, don't be sorry please" Izuku was too tired to keep discussing who had to be more sorry.

"Okay, but " he moved to stand up "let's clean your wounds and then think what to do to Katsuma's birthday"
