The media saying police "didn't fully vet" a hyperviolent CO they hired is #copaganda. It's just as likely, if not more so, that he was selected by Savannah police precisely because of his propensity for violence.
But the media say, "oh, they must have missed this information" is extremely generous. And equally dubious.
