#Thread per reliable source at FM in Somalia told me that China Amb to Somalia @FeiShengchao is the most corrupt in Somalia; he bribes media with an average of $5k per interview to amplify the "one-china policy" - he provided guidance to former Somalia FM to draft this letter.
He has given $350k and $80k gift watch to former minister of information @OsmanDubbe to remodel the ministry- Dubbe was questioned at Heathrow airport to provide receipt of the gift- this ambassador earned a nickname called " MrHow Much you want"
At Benadir region admin - he is alleged to have given mayor @OFilish close to half million $ to rehabilitate some districts and new buildings- this is not the first time Chinese amb to Somalia provide financial stance to regions or government institution, but it us to be public.
the china ambassador to Somalia FEI Shengchao 费胜潮 @FeiShengchao aka #MrHowMuchYouWant is committing not only bribery but violating anti-money laundering laws in Somalia for not reporting these alleged illicit financial activities to @CBSsomalia and minister of finance.
He pressures Somali diplomats based in China & the minister of foreign affairs in Somalia to push a one-china policy by issuing statements/ interviews to create a diplomatic and hostility wedge between Somalia and Somaliland at the expense of Taiwan
China's ambassador to Somalia is doing all this to distract the Somalia gov from Chinese illegal fishing since the @M_Farmaajo gov legalized their illegal fishing which has expired costing Somalia to lose $B of revenue.
The irony to this is that the U.S gov provided almost $1B of humanitarian & developmental Aid to #Somalia from 2016-18 vs. China's $13M, yet China was awarded a fishing license worth avg. $30k/license equivalent to $0.076/kg, while average fish is sold at $1/kg in #Mogadishu
Based on Somalia Fisheries Public Observation org @somalia_SFPO who monitored China gov fishing license in Somalia pre-post legalization of illegal fishing satellite images reveal the extent of Chinese illegal fishing exploitation in Somalia.
.
Somalia's gov should hold the current Chinese amb and his gov accountable for interference and illegal fishing activities- Somalia's government should seek commercial relations with Taiwan and Somaliland to promote democracy and sustainable peace development. The End.

1/6 #Thread Uncovering the Djibouti Deep State's Tentacles in Somalia: Al-Shabaab, Money Laundering, Pirates, and Houthis
In a shocking revelation, the Djibouti Minister's recent comments about brokering a deal between Somalia and Ethiopia to settle their differences over the Mou Deal for Ethiopia's maritime access with Somaliland has shed light on the true intentions of Djibouti in Somalia. With the new constitution in place, Djibouti's political leverage in Somalia is on the verge of crumbling, and they will stop at nothing to maintain their grip.
2/6 Meet Zakerie Arreh, the notorious Djibouti spy who has been recruiting Somali government officials as agents to destabilize the country, all under the control of Djibouti's deep state. The extent of his involvement will leave you stunned - financing al-Shabaab and pirates in Somalia since 2004, and even serving on the Somali Parliamentary Committee for Economic Trade. Can you imagine someone like that making economic policies for Somalia while also funding terrorist groups and Houthis? It's mind-boggling
3/6 But Zakerie's network of agents doesn't stop there. Among them is the current Somali Minister of Education, Abdulkadir Farah, a Qatari agent affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood, who facilitated Qatar's petro dollars that fueled corruption through Heritage Institute, run by Aynte and Al Jazeera journalist Fahad Yasin. And let's not forget Kamal Gutale, another Muslim Brotherhood member, who currently serves as Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Prime Minister and facilitated money laundering for the notorious pirate, Afwayne, in 2013.
#Thread NISA Crisis Continues in Somalia... 1/6 According to sources from PM Hamza's office and Villa Somalia, it is anticipated that Ahmed Fiqi @AhmedMoFiqi will become the new NISA director. This comes after a period of deterioration under Mahad Salad's leadership, with issues ranging from hiring unqualified personnel with nepotism to demoting and firing experienced NISA agents. #NISAcrisis @HSNQ_NISA
2/6 Fiqi is being pushed by Muslim Brotherhood traders who are involved in money laundering and financing terrorism. They are interested in financing new arms sales for the government through Houthi and Iran, who need protection from the government. #CrisisContinues
3/6 The NISA crisis is getting worse, according to sources from the military court. The court has stopped prosecuting Al-Shabaab cases due to interference from Mahad Salad, who often promotes individuals who are supposed to be prosecuted. This has affected the morale of the military lawyers. #NoSaCrisis
#Thread: @XuseenMacallin security advisor to @HassanSMohamud , has committed diplomatic malpractice. It is After realizing AMISOM's @ATMIS_Somalia exit plan strategy is failing he sought a face-saving plan by sending a letter to @HoxhaFer @UN Security Council President,
Hussein Sheikh's actions undermined the authority of Somalia's Foreign Minister @abshirhuruse and failed to allow PM @HamzaAbdiBarre to negotiate the issue behind the scenes at #UNGA78. This is seen as an insult to the President's office. #DiplomaticMalpractice
An article published by @The_EastAfrican in early April revealed Hassan Sheikh's working behind-the-scenes plan with Somalia donors to extend AMISOM's stay; the aim was an exit plan that didn't undermine the war on al-Shabaab & the troop generation. theeastafrican.co.ke/tea/rest-of-af…
#Thread In a shocking revelation, it has been discovered that Abdisataar, a former Dufan unit (now fugitive) worked for Al-Shabaab under the name Shakiib. In this clip, Mahad Salad knew him in 2021 exposing Shakiib's involvement in an assassination plot against political MPs.
Mahad Salad also hinted at other collaborators with Shakiib in the assassination team. However, it has now been confirmed that one of them is Ibrahim Adan, who worked for NISA and later became PM Hamza's advisor, and is currently the deputy director of a new division.
The irony here is that someone like Ibrahim Adan, who was previously associated with al-Shabaab and the NISA assassination unit, is now in a position of power as the deputy director under Abdullahi Nur, a person he was supposed to target in 2021.
#Thread Darod politicians anti-Hassan sheik campaign organized by @bulshoTrust_ in Ohio invited Abdi Weli Gaas frmr. Somalia PM and President of Puntland state- lest we forgot Abdi Weli Gaas implemented the "Catch and Release" Al-Shabab policy to destabilize Southern Somalia.
In addition, Abi Weli Gaas printed fake currency to destabilize #Hirshabelle and Somaliland's economy. And to bypassSomlaia central bank monetary policy, they pushed two laws in Somalia's constitution Article 142 and 125 that allow them to conceal their money laundering scheme.
Interestingly enough, Bulsho Trust also invited Gen Hijaar former FGS Police Commnadar a man who collaborated with Al-Shabab and provided illegal Chinese and Iranian weapons, and Harti Darood soldiers within SNA who are still on Somali gov payroll to start the Laascaanood crisis.
#Thread Its time @HassanSMohamud gov to address two major issues in Somalia's traffic & airline ministry. Minister @fardowsaegal incompetence has led to 8 airline accidents in less than 1yr, and if this continues, there could be 40 accidents by 2026.
https://t.co/EnJ6vbE04Naviation-safety.net/wikibase/dblis…
Minister Fardowsa seems to lack understanding of her ministry's role and the civil aviation authority. It was embarrassing to see Parliament's aviation committee chair Abdillahi Geelqaad @AAGeelqaad having to explain it to her like she was 5 years old. fb.watch/mjHplqNhOY/
Not only does Minister Fardowsa fail to understand her ministry's role and the civil aviation authority, but she also ignores lingering complaints against Favori LLC, a Turkish company that mistreats staff. This negligence shows a lack of accountability. tuac.org/news/oecd-mne-…
