He has given $350k and $80k gift watch to former minister of information @OsmanDubbe to remodel the ministry- Dubbe was questioned at Heathrow airport to provide receipt of the gift- this ambassador earned a nickname called " MrHow Much you want"

At Benadir region admin - he is alleged to have given mayor @OFilish close to half million $ to rehabilitate some districts and new buildings- this is not the first time Chinese amb to Somalia provide financial stance to regions or government institution, but it us to be public.

He pressures Somali diplomats based in China & the minister of foreign affairs in Somalia to push a one-china policy by issuing statements/ interviews to create a diplomatic and hostility wedge between Somalia and Somaliland at the expense of Taiwan

China's ambassador to Somalia is doing all this to distract the Somalia gov from Chinese illegal fishing since the @M_Farmaajo gov legalized their illegal fishing which has expired costing Somalia to lose $B of revenue.

The irony to this is that the U.S gov provided almost $1B of humanitarian & developmental Aid to #Somalia from 2016-18 vs. China's $13M, yet China was awarded a fishing license worth avg. $30k/license equivalent to $0.076/kg, while average fish is sold at $1/kg in #Mogadishu

Somalia's gov should hold the current Chinese amb and his gov accountable for interference and illegal fishing activities- Somalia's government should seek commercial relations with Taiwan and Somaliland to promote democracy and sustainable peace development. The End.
