1/ Plan tomorrow, today!
- Your best planning for the next day happens the night before.
- I plan the content I am going to post
- The content writing happens couple weeks/days ago
2/ Morning - Engage! Engage! Engage!
- Engaging before posting helps warm-up the algorithm
- Daily 30 minutes before my post, I (or my team) engage with content on my feed
3/ Content Post
- LinkedIn likes early content posters
- I post my content usually between 7:30 - 8:30am ET
- Simply copy/paste from Google Doc/Trello
4/ Activity Check
- At various check-points throughout the day, I’m engaging
- I engage with those that engage with my content
- I engage with those that I see on my feed
- Helps the algorithm (with time on LinkedIn)
5/ Notification Check
- My team handles notification based engagement
- Engage: Birthday wishes, Job promotions etc.
- Engage: New position, News articles etc.
6/ Direct Messaging (DM)
- My team handles my DMs
- They are engaging with new connections
- They are re-engaging existing connections
- Goal: Be on top of their mind
7/ Dream 100
- I have a list of my Dream 100 clients.
- I engage on their content at least once a week
- This way I’m staying on top of their minds
- Share valuable content (that helps them grow)
8/ Sales Navigator
- I have prepared multiple lists of prospects using Sales Navigator
- My team sends connection messages (25 a day)
- My team engages with these prospects feed
9/ Poll Post
- LinkedIn likes polls (gets good impressions & engagement)
- Only if they are simple and effortless
- I try to post a poll 3 times a week
10/ Bonus
- Building swipe file
- As I'm scrolling through my feed, if I find anything interesting, I save it
- This is my idea bank when I'm in need of an inspiration to create content
That’s basically my day on LinkedIn!
Some feel it’s very extensive. It sure is!
But, if you don’t show up, you don’t catch the fish!
