This is one of the first things companies check for once resumes hit the desk. They looking for geeks, not folks who just looking for a check. A digital footprint is putting your skills on display. So instead of you geeking all in the recruiters dms, with the right post and
hashtags, the recruiters will be in yours.
And to be clear, this is ONE of the reasons why.
