On this #MemorialDay I love to share this video.

French caretakers take the sand from Omaha Beach in Normandy and scrub them into the letters to give them the brown/gold coloring.

They do this for all 9,386 soldiers who died.

France also gave us this land as American soil.

Of the 9,387 Americans buried, only four women are buried there.

Sgt. Dolores Browne and PFC Mary J. Barlow and Mary H. Blankston, were members of the first all-female and the first all-African-American battalion to serve overseas.

Their battalion was nicknamed the six-triple eight.

This battalion of 850 women was the only all-black Women’s Army Corp unit to be deployed to Europe in WW2.

The "Six Triple Eight" was responsible for sorting mail to soldiers.

The time Billy Idol showed up to my high school’s grad night. (1/2)

This is Miraleste HS in Palos Verdes. Billy showed up as a favor to the kid on the right. His dad was the famous doctor who performed surgery on him after his terrible motorcycle accident.

The doctor is also the voice of the surgeon on the Guns N Roses song Coma.

I was not in this class. I graduated the year after. Sans Fanny pack.

What people forget about Gen X dealing with cancel culture and Tipper Gore placing those stickers on records only boosted sales.

Ask @NikkiSixx or Two Live Crew how that helped their sales?

And what is the number one selling tv show on itunes right now? Pepe Le Pew cartoons.

Kids will want whatever you try and cancel what they love.

Adults will want whatever you try and cancel.

Gen X will not do a damn thing cause we seriously don't care. We have been there and moved on.

Do you know how many people tried to tell me the groups I listened worshiped Satan?

Parents would tell me that KISS stood for Nights in Satan's Service and they saw @genesimmons and @PaulStanleyLive sacrificing animals on stage.

People are scared of what they don't understand
