And before the pro-genociders get their undies all twisted up, this is not a celebration of death, but of incompetence and corruption that that is allowing a Western Democracy to survive the unspeakable horror of a #GenocideOfUkrainians because #russiaisateroriststate.

I would much rather, Putin and Kleptograd had never invaded on the 24th, never started astroturfed separatist movements, never used corrupt politicians and oligarchs to try and keep Ukraine to heel. Sadly all my wishes and a couple of bucks will only get me a cup of coffee.

Russia did try to force its corruption down Ukraine's throat and when that failed resorted to genocide because that is a feature not a bug of empires. The world is incredibly lucky that Russia picked Ukraine as its victim and springboard to re-claim its former imperial holdings.

A smaller western neighbor like one of the Baltic countries would likely have sparked WWIII, while a move to the East would have been much harder to oppose. Ukraine is the one place where all the right ingredients to end the Evil Empire could be found.

First you have a population that knows who they are as Ukrainians. People fight for their homes and neighbors but they also fight for ideas. "Russian Warship Go Fuck Yourself" and "I need Ammo not a ride" were not accidents. They were the echoes of the Maidan and a Ukrainian

identity separate from Kleptograd. Second you had a military that could fight back effectively. Patriotism by itself won't save a country from an invader, just ask France who suffered years of occupation. You need soldiers who have the skill to resist and equipment to make

a go of it. Thirdly, international messaging. Internationally Ukraine's cause rang out like the tolling of a bell. We heard the alarm and rallied to her. All of us also live in societies that Russia has been attempting to subvert and undermine. We may not have the righteous fury

of the Ukrainians, but we most definitely have some scores to settle and Ukraine's fight for freedom gave us that chance. From politicians like @POTUS, @JohnBoozman, @SenTomCotton, @RepFrenchHill, and @AdamKinzinger pushing forward aid and Lend Lease packages including the

belle of the ball #HIMARS to the thousands of pipsqueak accounts like the #Fellas of #WeAreNAFO supporting the @georgian_legion and combating Russian dis-info to the massive numbers of ordinary people who give so much to charities like @MriyaAid. Those 3 factors are how Ukraine

has managed to turn the "experts" assertion that she would be defeated on its head. 50K day also means that without a doubt, Russian offensive efforts have culminated, and the strategic and operational initiative has passed firmly to Ukraine. There have now been a number of

settlements liberated at various places along the front. It might not be a general offensive yet, but Russia is obviously incredibly weakened due to the massive effort to disrupt her supplies, C3, ADA and EW combined with her own mindlessly stupid repetitive attacks that kept

sending new men to die in places that Ukraine refused to give up. Sadly, it has not been without cost. Between defenders falling in battle and normal Ukrainians who only wanted to live their lives the death count on the Ukrainian side is massive. Perhaps over 100K in Mariupol

alone. This boy here has to live the rest of his days without the love, wisdom and protection of his dad. If you are a dad, drop a line like I did. Let his grandfella know that her grandson can hear his dad's love woven into all our replies

With Russia culminated the dying will end eventually as more and more of Ukraine is liberated but it wont be today. Until that day does arrive and it is time to book tickets to the #CrimeaBeachParty stay informed through trusted media and spaces like the @MriyaReport keep giving
