Fearnley: “I think that it's important that the participants of the NDIA get to see themselves in this organization and trust with the organization itself is so it's a visceral thing. The scheme cannot be as successful without trust and that is built over a period of fine.”
Fearnley clarified he was not a current participant of the scheme: “There are so many so many stories around disability that will not be members will not be participants. Disability is complex and disability is varied and disability has many many stories. #auspol @SBSNews
The National Disability Insurance Agency has a person with a disability as its chair for the first time, with Paralympian Kurt Fearnley named in the role.
