One of the endless number of #Resistance imbeciles who promoted himself by feeding dumb liberals what they wanted to hear -- including on CNN -- now has an instantly viral thread on why @maggieNYT is a felon.

To call these arguments ignorant is a gross understatement.
When Trump insulted Wolf Blitzer or Jim Acosta, the press treated it as some grave 1st Am crisis (while ignoring or cheering the real press freedom attack: Assange's imprisonment).

Now we have a #Resistance hero being cheered for theorizing about how to imprison a NYT reporter.
Democrats are driven at their core by an obsession with censoring and imprisoning their adversaries.

They have succeeded in uniting state and corporate power to censor their opponents from the internet, and crave their imprisonment -- all while claiming they fight fascism.

Poucos no mundo político fizeram tanto.

The 2003 article which Frum is boasting about is one where he smeared conservative opponents of the Iraq War -- which Frum played a critical role in selling to the public -- as anti-American traitors.

It's important to understand why he's touting such a disgusting article now.
The premise of Frum's article was the neocon refrain: those who oppose US Foreign Policy are on "the other side": i.e. traitors.

Such repugnant trash should end a person's career. But Frum knows this is again the prevailing framework: this time among his liberal fan base.
The dominant theme of US political discourse that neocons manufactured in 2002/3 - when Frum was writing George Bush's deceitful speeches - is now the liberal view: those who question US policy are Russian spies. Thus does Frum proudly promote this filth:

People still don't grasp how much Rumble's audience size has exploded. And the more repressive and censorship-mad Google's YouTube gets, the more free speech platforms will grow.

Beyond political voices, there's now a huge stream of Gen Z & culture creators migrating there.
As the WSJ last week reported, Rumble is now funding a network of live, one-hour, prime-time news and politics shows. The funding - for talent, staff, and studio - is on par with cable budgets. But it will be fully independent: with no speech constraints.

The first of these new live Rumble shows to launch will be Russell Brand's tomorrow at noon ET. Russell built one of the largest YouTube audiences: in the millions, far more than CNN/MSNBC. That's why YouTube banned him. I'll be on the debut show. Watch:

Beyond how gross it is that WPost -- which couldn't stop praising itself for its bravery for publishing Snowden docs in 2014 -- now maligns their own source.

Almost every major media outlet -- NBC, NYT, HuffPost (it mattered back then), etc. -- fought to get these docs.
What's always struck me is the utter cowardice of establishment worms like this who accuse Snowden, Assange, and me of being Kremlin ops or whatever, but never have the courage to say that about the major mainstream outlets that published countless Top Secret docs from Snowden. Image
One of the establishment cowards who yesterday claimed Snowden is a Kremlin spy -- Foreign Policy's @BeijingPalmer -- also implied I'm a pedophile

I'd absolutely rather have Snowden's life - with his beautiful wife, 2 toddlers, bravery and a thriving career - than live as this: ImageImageImageImage

When Snowden left Hong Kong and landed in Moscow to transit to Latin America, Obama officials like @brhodes did everything possible to prevent him from leaving, to trap him in Russia.

Rhodes boasted of it in his book.

Ever since, they've use this to imply he's a Russian agent.
You can read Ben Rhodes in his own words, bragging in his book about he forced the Cubans to withdraw the guarantee of safe passage they had given Snowden to allow him to leave Russia, as he was desperately trying to do.

greenwald.substack.com/p/ben-rhodes-b…
Think about it: if Obama officials believed Snowden had possession of an extremely sensitive archive of top secret documents - as they insist but Snowden denies - why would they *want to trap him in Russia*?

Because they knew it'd be easy to convince idiots he was a Kremlin spy.
