1/ "Since last night, Ukraine has again suffered from terrorist attacks by the russian aggressor.

Rashists hit peaceful cities with rockets and drones - Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Kyiv regions and the city of Kyiv.

2/ In the capital, four enemy drones were hit in the Shevchenkiv district.  One - in a residential building.  The number of victims is being clarified.

In the Dnipropetrovsk and Sumy regions, the occupiers attacked the energy infrastructure.

3/ According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Valentyn Reznichenko, a strong fire broke out at the energy facility due to the impact of an enemy missile.
In the Sumy region, rockets hit critical infrastructure facilities in the Romen district.

4/ In Mykolaiv, three drones hit an object of industrial infrastructure. Terrorist attacks on peaceful cities are targeted terrorist acts according to the Council of Europe Convention on the Prevention of Terrorism.

5/ The shelling of peaceful towns and civilian objects is a war crime and a crime against humanity under Articles 7 and 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

6/ I appeal to the UN Commission for the Investigation of Human Rights Violations during the russian military invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of russian crimes and violations of human rights in Ukraine.

7/ I call on international partners to urgently increase the supply of air defense equipment and weapons to Ukraine to fight against the russian aggressor country!"-
