Poland's first 10 #K2#BlackPanther MBTs were rolled out at Hyundai Rotem factory in Changwon today on 19 October 2022.
Poland intends to acquire up to 980 K2 tanks and signed an initial contract of 180 tanks in August.

First 24x Polish K9A1 Thunder SPHs were rolled out at Hanwha Defense and Hyundai Rotem factories in Changwon today on 19 October 2022.
This comes just 2 months after Poland signed a contract for 648xK9, 980xK2, and 48xFA-50 Fighting Eagle in August.
S.Korea and Poland will also sign a $6.12 billion contract for 288xK239 Chunmoo MLRS and 23,000 rockets to the Polish Army.
According to Polish sources, K239 in Polish service will utilize domestic JELCZ 8x8 chassis and TOPAZ fire control system. This deal reportedly includes technology transfer and local production of associated guided rockets and missiles in Poland.

This summer, June 28, Boeing and Nammo have jointly test-fired a 155mm Ramjet round.
The test at the Andøya Test Center in Norway, the Ramjet 155 was fired from an L39 cannon and its engine successfully ignited, according to a statement from Boeing. 2/
The launch followed years of research, development, and +450 stat & short-range tests.
Boeing and Nammo were awarded a contract in 2019 under the Army’s XM1155 program, an effort to further develop ERCA munition.

Recently, the U.S. and several allies have sent Javelin missiles to Ukraine in support of their military and security forces. 1/
In May and again in September 2022, the Javelin Joint Venture was awarded production contracts for Javelin rounds and support. More than 3,100 of the missiles procured will go toward replacing systems sent to Ukraine. 2/
To meet this new demand, LM is increasing the missile production rate beyond the current 2,1K p.a. to nearly 4K p.a..
