Common pro-abortion "arguments" that come up repeatedly:
1. Don't like #abortion, don't have one
2. Pro-lifers don't care about born people
3. It's just about controlling women
4. How many kids have you adopted?
5. Children in foster care justifies killing some in utero.

2. Thread of some of what pro-lifers do for people with unplanned pregnancies. threadreaderapp.com/thread/1130192…
Also addressing #2 - Pro-lifers donate time and money to lots of good causes without announcing they are pro-life. Many are also very conflicted about voting because few prominent candidates support both preventing abortions and measures that help the poor usatoday.com/story/opinion/…
Addressing #3 - "Pro-lifers just want to control women" dailyangle.com/articles/is-th…
Addressing #4 - For one thing, virtually no newborn surrendered for adoption in the US doesn't get adopted. There's actually a very long waiting list. And anyway, no one says, “You can’t be against animal cruelty unless you go out and adopt all the puppies.” Image
Addressing #5 - The goal of foster care is family reunion. Only about 1/4 of the children in foster care are eligible for adoption. Many pro-lifers do take in foster kids. Image
Also addressing #5, killing a human before birth because they may suffer later is not a decision anyone should be able to make. liveaction.org/news/thousands…

Dr. Alan Guttmacher, then Pres of PPFA acknowledged, "Today it is possible for almost any patient to be brought through pregnancy alive, unless she suffers from a fatal illness such as cancer or leukemia, and, if so, abortion would be unlikely to prolong, much less save, life."
Dr. Byron Calhoun, an OB/GYN at CAMC Women's & Children's Hospital specializes in helping women in high-risk pregnancies and confirms that abortion is never medically necessary. (Treatment for ectopic pregnancy is not abortion. Abortion kills a human implanted in the uterus.)
Dr. Anthony Levatino, a former abortionist who performed over 1200 abortions, acknowledges that none of them saved a woman's life. (Sometimes due to pre-eclampsia, early delivery may be necessary even though the fetus likely won't survive).

The evolution of #PlannedParenthood. From saying "abortion kills life after it has begun" to telling women abortion laws prevent treatment of ectopic pregnancy and miscarriage.

The "pro-choice" lies have begun anew after the Dobbs Decision, trying to redefine what an abortion is to scare people into thinking pro-life laws prevent treatment for ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage/removal of a dead fetus.
It's hard to believe that medical doctors are actually misinterpreting abortion restrictions, which generally specifically exclude treatment for miscarriage or #ectopicpregnancy, to delay or prevent care in such cases.

PSA: Saying no one has the right to intentionally kill an innocent human being, even a prenatal one, does not mean I don't care about pregnant women.
Think about it this way: if Twin A from a set of conjoined twins wants to have separation surgery even though it's safe to stay conjoined and separation would certainly kill Twin B, it doesn't mean I don't care about Twin A if I want to prevent the surgery...
Yes, it's really hard going through life conjoined, but it doesn't justify killing your twin to be free of the burden.
