Eight inspections were completed today by the JCC, four on outbound vessels and four on inbound. The JCC released the names of two other outbound vessels they inspected today but noted they had requested additional documentation to complete their clearance remotely.
Joint inspection teams boarded four other ships whose inspections were halted for various reasons.
Ukraine reports that their ports are working efficiently but transit times for this particular ship to Algeria were twice as long as needed due to inspection delays.
In news from the Crazy Train, Russia says they will make a decision on the extension of the Black Sea Grain Initiative by November 18th, the day before it expires. aa.com.tr/en/politics/ru…
They continue to report they are unable to export their grain and fertilizers because “Accounts in certain banks are blocked and therefore payments cannot be paid. This happened because of the sanctions of the West”.
While it’s true that certain banks face sanctions, it is also true that there are other options for payment transactions and Russia could make those work if they wanted to.

Breaking! 🚨🚨The JCC advises a suspicious object, potentially mine like has been reported in the Black Sea Grain Initiative humanitarian corridor. Reports are that ships observed the object and moved away until further inspection can be completed.
All of the ships which sailed on the 24th are safely in the Northern Bosphorus Anchorage.
We believe all of today’s ships are safely sailed towards the North Bosphorus Anchorage and south of Snake Island.
The Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov said this morning that they have asked the UN for more data on the grain deal, evidently he hasn’t seen ours⬇️. 🧵⬇️
