Allowed global currencies to devalue against the yuan, taking the hit.
Encouraged consumption & kicked off the US's LONGEST BULL RUN EVER.

8) Not forgetting the US Red Cross blood samples taken Dec 2019 - Jan 2020 showing Covid was in the N American population earlier than admitted.
And Robert Redfield admitting March 2020 that the CDC had misdiagnosed early Covid deaths as flu.
