Mr. Abdulla, the United Nations Coordinator for the Black Sea Grain Initiative then confirmed the announcement.
And the markets seem to be agreeing to what we’ve said all along, Russia is not operating from a position of power here, they need to continue the Grain Initiative to keep their friends happy.

The JCC has announced they do not plan any movements through the Humanitarian corridor on November 2nd. More importantly....
"The UN Secretariat reiterates that movements and inspections carried out after the Russian Federation suspended its participation in implementation activities at the Joint Coordination Centre is a temporary and extraordinary measure."
Meaning they don't intend to continue operating in this way for an extended time. I suspect this is another step in the cooling off period they are trying to give Putin.
The JCC advises that three ships have left Odesa area ports this morning headed for the Bosphorus North Anchorage, Bomustafa O, Nimet Torlak and SSI Challanger. 🚢
Ships already mid-trip will have active insurance for seven days to transit out of Ukraine if the JCC believed it was possible. And apparently they do, as the Ukrainian, Turkish and UN delegations have agreed and the Russian delegation has been notified.🚢
The JCC also advises that “The UN Coordinator for the Black Sea Grain Initiative Amir Abdulla continues his discussions with all three member state parties in an effort to resume full participation at the Joint Coordination Centre.”🇺🇳
