1/12 Since the announced withdrawal of 🇷🇺forces, it is time to have an in-depth look into how they want to get their troops & equipment across the river.During the past months have setup an elaborate system of ferry's crossing the Dnipro river. At least 8 ferry's have been active
2/12 These ferry's and multiple barges have been operating continuesly, first there objective was to supply troops on the west-side of the river, since last week that changed, we have seen columns of vehicles move the other direction.
3/12 In the kherson city area, there were 3 main ferry points, one is located near the Antonovskyyi railbridge near Pridniprovsky, near the ferry loading site, mil. vehicles could be seen waiting the last couple of days. a bit further away 🇷🇺 established a rallypoint.
4/12 where multiple mil. vehicles including trucks & armored vehicles were waiting for the ferry to arrive, we think that upon arrival of the ferry they would start driving up directly on to the ferry, to avoid being a target for 🇺🇦 artillery they would take off immediately.
5/12 The ferry's from this point would cross the river into the Konka river and to any of the established unloading points as can be seen on the imagery. Some of those have been struck by HIMARS a couple of times, however it is impossible to control these point all of the time.
6/12 Two of those landing points are located in Tsjoeroepinsk, one is located at the terrain of the Dunapak factory, and the other near the city beach. These both locations have been heavily fortified last weeks, trenches have been created around the landing spots.
7/12 These landing spots seemed to be used mainly by military vehicles & troops. While the ferry's at Antonovksyi bridge seem to be transporting mainly civillian vehicles across. This seems a deliberate tactic by 🇷🇺 forces to keep 🇺🇦 forces from striking these ferry's.
8/12 Another area where ferry's are loading, is inside Kherson city, we have established at least 2 loading points, one in the centre of the city, and the other in the harbour area. The ferry's loading here most likely go to Hola Prystan harbor across the river.
9/12 Hola Prystan, has been hit hard last couple of weeks, many barges have been sunk either on route or in the harbour itself, the harbour there is very heavily defended and full of trenches. it seems to be used less frequently since end of october.
10/12 Concluded can be that probably since 1th of November, the 🇷🇺 armed forces have been working to retreat over the Dnipro river, both under the guise of civillian vehicles, and probably at night, or via fast ferry loading & unloading actions to avoid being hit by 🇺🇦 artillery.
11/12 Sat. images are expensive and threads like this one require a lot of work. This is a collaboration with

Serveral media have been reporting about a base or unit launching Shahed-136 drones at Ukraine being destroyed in the town of Herois'ke.I believe this to be partly true.I do believe a drone unit, connected to the 🇷🇺 forces was operating from this area
This unit which i believe was connected to the VDV has been operating from this area since mid July. In a 🧵 i wrote on 2 aug. i tried to determine, where Lancet-3 strikes which were picking up at that time most likely originated from.

I determined at that the time the most likely place was the area around Stanislav or the area around Herois'ke.This unit was using Lancet-3 drones and Orlan-10 & Orlan-30 drones to do surveillance and guidance for the attack drones. More info came to attention about this unit

On 7 september info was released by UA forces, they hit an area, were 🇷🇺 forces were trying to setup an alternative crossing of the Dnipro river, apperantly they hit it while barges loaded with equipment where about to set sail.

Supposedly on board, a contingent of a specialized unit with serveral Lancet-3 drones and a control vehicle.(un-confirmed). We managed to locate the site to [46.539600,32.520224]. As you can see in the animation ⬇️ 2 barges and a small warehouse were destroyed there.
Proof that this was the attack of 6-09 can be found in low res. planet 🛰 images ⬇️. Thanks to @bradyafr for the nice animation!

1/12 Update 🧵 about the suspected drone launch site in Mayak, Crimea. Two weeks ago i published an article about Mayak radar station in which research & sat. images showed Mayak radar station in Crimea was the most likely source of drone attacks on Odessa

2/12 in this 🧵 further evidence was found to support the claim of this being the launch point of the Shahed-136 drones, further information (#OSINT & #HUMINT) revealed that Iranian instructors/operators are also present at Dzankoj airport (read 🧵 ⬇️)
3/12 We were able to obtain new high res. 🛰 imagery(30 cm) from the Mayak site, which indefinitly proves the presence of the launchers there. It also shows the kind of setup they will probably use when they know they are out of reach of UA forces and under the umbrella of 🇷🇺 AD

A little 🧵Based on reports from partisans and WEBINT and other #OSINT, we have put together a list of locations where Iranians have reportedly been spotted recently. Most of these sightings take place in Crimea, although also Belarus seems to be a hotspot
Russia is using the Ukrainian peninsula to launch Iranian-made kamikaze drones on civilian infrastructure in the southern part of Ukraine, main targets seem to be civilian targets such as the powergrid and municipal services.
Opuk Training Ground :
Partisan reports suggest that Iranians have been operating around this military facility. We were unable to observe any unusual activity in this area. However we will be keeping tabs on the area.

Little 🧵 on the visits of Mr. #HIMARS to the town of #Beryslav ,Kherson oblast. The 🇺🇦 forces have been prepping the battlefield in the Kherson region for almost two months now. Destroying not only supply warehouses, but also C&C facilities around the clock. Starting off
29th of august when three targets the city admin, police complex & supply warehouse where hit simultaniously, resulting in the complete destruction of these. The police complex [Geolocation 46.83848, 33.42661] consisted of 3 buildings that were destroyed by a volley of missiles.
At exactly the same time, the municipal complex [Geolocation 46.83662, 33.42513] was hit resulting in the destruction of another 3 buildings, as can be seen the strikes were very accurated because also a building across the street was hit, no collateral damage can be seen.

1/7 🧵 about the air defenses located at Dzankoj military airbase in Crimea. Due to the arrival of Iranian Sahed-136 drones me and other #OSINT researchers were looking at different loc. which could be used to launch these. #Dzankoj airbase was one of the most likely candidates.
2/7 Located about 300 km. from Odessa, it would be well in reach of the drones. However on the airbase it self we found no evidence of it being used to launch these attacks. What did stand out was a large contigent of airdefense units, S-300 & the more modern S-400 launchers.
3/7 While have a closer look, we discovered at least 10 TEL's (transporter erector launcher) at this location, as well as multiple state of the art radar systems connect to those systems. Also a large number of missile canisters can be seen. These are used for quick reloads.
