Scheduling is one of the most simplest and efficient ways to be more productive in your work. Schedule the meeting you've been wanting, allocate time to work on your hobby and reserve slots for deep work.
2️⃣ Planned execution
First, check what all tasks you've assigned to yourself. Small tasks that require very little time, can be ticked off first. This might be contradictory to eat the frog approach but you can do whatever works for you. For meetings, try reducing time.
3️⃣ Prioritization
Be mindful of your priorities. Examine your own paradigms to determine whether you have been adhering to them.
Utilize prioritization frameworks such as Eisenhower Matrix, Ive Lee Method, MoSCoW method etc. to your advantage
4️⃣ Monitoring Distractions
We sometimes know we are distracted to certain things - such as social media but don't know how much time we spend on them.
Monitor your distractions (use Digital Wellbeing App on phone) and take baby steps to cut each distraction off.
5️⃣ Sleep Cycle
The sleeping cycles method is a way to wake up and not feel tired or like you would sleep for another 10 hours. They work in 90-minute blocks. This is, you should sleep in 90-minute blocks repeatedly.
For example, if you go to bed at midnight you should wake up at 7:30 am. It is recommended to sleep for 7 hours at east everyday to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Sleep affects your productive cycle as well.
