So why? Why prosecute Joshua? Why go after Veteran Patriots?

There is a hellacious disease in America. Evil has taken deep root. Joshua’s case demonstrates this. The ill goes far deeper.

2) Ever since Trump's arrival in 2015, we continue to learn more and more about the core illness at the heart and soul of American government. Perhaps we can do a better job now giving this terrible disease a name. Let's try...

3) The core symptoms surround a 100% antipathy to the four great rights: Life, Liberty, Happiness, Property. Going all the way back to 1789, we had to allow slavery in order to get our Constitution ratified. Yes, we corrected that in 1863, and honor to us for doing so.

4) Who were those people who had to be appeased in 1789, though? It was no simple thing like North vs South. I'm tempted to call them Superiorists. I know, we have a modern term for them, Supremacists. Yet, I fear that the politics of Supremacy have made the word meaningless.

5) The racial argument is nothing but a distraction. It's just not true. Whites love blacks, blacks love whites, and you can pick and choose any other races and substitute them in. We love each other. Love dominates over supremacy. Supremacy is a false argument, today.

6) But what is superiority? It is the opposite of equality. And what is at stake? Rule Of Law is on its death throes. Equality before law is tottering. Those above the law vs those beneath the law. Now that is our disease right now. Inequality before law. Multiple tiers of law.

7) How about this? Marc Livin's term: Unfreedom. Levin tells us that our press is no longer free, and he documents its Unfreedom. My question is this. How much farther does this Unfreedom reach? How much freedom have we lost?

8) Consider Joshua. His bail was set, as we discussed, at $860,000. The way bail bonds work, he had to come up with $86,000 to cover his bond. That some magical how happened. Go figure. But, oh no, his $86,000 is nowhere near enough. In addition...he must be silent.

9) If Joshua signed into a Twitter account and clicked "like" on any of my tweets here, his prosecutor could haul him in and break his bail agreement, incarcerating him. He is not allowed to speak. He has no 1st amendment rights. His bail agreement forfeits them.

10) Is there an attorney in the house, perhaps a legal historian? When did such elements of bail agreements commence? What is the law behind them? Has America always been this Unfree? Or is this a new Unfreedom?

11) You can see my mind at work. I'm kind of persuading myself. Unfreedom may, indeed, be the true name of America's Great Ill. As our Constitution itself totters and nears falling, the freedoms it granted us are dying on the vine. We are becoming Unfree.

12) Let's talk for a moment about my great friend @tamaraleighllc & @elonmusk. In times past, Tamara had a 75,000 + followers account here at Twitter. Then she was purged. Elon's takeover led, immediately, to her return. She only has 40,000 + followers now. Why?

13) Most likely, it's the result in part, maybe major part, of the Great Purge of early 2021. At that time, I had over 30,000 followers. Now, a bout 16,500. Twitter went from being a bastion of free speech to the great censor of America. We'll see where Elon leads it.

14) Why was @tamaraleighllc's account purged...and only now reinstated? Simple. Unfreedom of Speech. This is the direct attack upon the 1st Amendment, and at that, the direct attack upon our Constitution. So also with the attack on Joshua and his silencing.

15) His case is directly illustrative of the two greatest targets: 1A & 2A. He is duly licensed - and we won't argue whether there is a Constitutional basis for licensing, at all - to carry a weapon in Virginia. How does this not transfer to Pennsylvania?

16) The great principle of Federalism and States Reciprocity at Law argues 100% against Joshua's Gun conviction. In fact, his conviction qualifies him as a victim of a State Actor. This is the destruction of his Constitutional Protection at Law. He is Unfree.

18) Let's go more strategic. It was an FBI tip to the Philadelphia Police that led to Joshua's arrest. Why were they watching him? Because he was there in Philadelphia to help monitor the integrity of the vote.

Let that sink in.

19) Please remember, Joshua is an honorable veteran patriot with a flawless record at law. There was no legal basis for monitoring him. The only rationale was a government 100% opposed to its own free elections. What are elections? The most important 1A right of all.

20) We know with complete clarity that our government obliterated our vote. Here, in Joshua's case, you can see precisely how this was accomplished. Stop election monitors from monitoring. Easy peasy. Use the Federal Police to work with Local Police and arrest patriot monitors.

21) Now let's talk about money. The Michael Flynn Legal Defense fund paid for the services of Sydney Powel. Without those services, the Mueller Investigation, as complicit with 100% corrupt Judge Emmet Sullivan, would have completed its destruction of General Flynn.

22) You can follow the entire story at PardonFlynnNow.com. Money. The government happily used its infinite economic power in order to bankrupt and crush General Flynn. Please, meditate on that.

23) Ah! But through the extraordinary reach, capability, force and goodness of Sydney Powel, their otherwise infinite ability to cause Unfreedom was thwarted. It took the legal defense fund in order to rebalance and prevail against the evil government forces. Money counts.

24) The government's power for Unfreedom is doing precisely the same thing to Joshua. His living, his ability to earn money for his family is completely dependent upon his ability to speak. Thus, they silence him. And you can know they're doing everything they can to break him.

The government gets to tax us, and have all the money it might imagine to spend on prosecuting patriots in the path of its mission of Unfreedom. We must fight as ell.

27) As I've studied the phenomenon of prosecutorial injustice, I've found that the best scalps are those of the innocent. Prosecutors love nothing more, unless it is their 97% + conviction rates. And how is that justice? No, it too is Unfreedom.

28) I'm here to tell you that is worse than just the fact that Joshua is 100% innocent. Far worse. He was employing his freedom on the mission of his patriotic duty. To allow that is 100% contrary to their mission of Unfreedom. They of course must #SilenceJoshua.

29) While Joshua cannot speak for himself, we can. We can use our words...
