5 steps framework I use to master a subject

I call it the Q.B.Q. framework

Quantity Brings Quality Framework

šŸ§µ
1/ I pick a subject

e.g. Cold emailing
2/ I list the top 5 people on that subject: I read their content, and I learn from them.
3/ Learning is a mix of trial and error: To learn fast, I need to execute a lot

e.g. Write 100 personalized emails per day for 30 days = 3000 emails
4/ The more you execute, the better you get at your craft

e.g. Email n 1 is gonna be very different than Email n 2560
5/ After 30 days doing all the mistakes you can on that topic, your approach will shift
6/ At that time, you'll go from Quantity to Quality
This journey is applicable to everything new thing you start

What other tip will you give to a sales who just starts? šŸ‘‡

#learning #master

Sales is the gasoline of your business

#5 tips to progress

šŸ§µ
Sales 101 #1:

In sales, listening is:
- Not a passive activity
- The most active thing you can do.

Prospects who feel listened to tend to listen to themselves more carefully.

They become less defensive, and more willing to listen to other points of view.
Sales 101 #2

Negotiation is nothing more than communication with results

#1 tip to close deals before Christmas šŸŽ„

- Mention your prospects for a price increase on the 2nd of January 2023

šŸ§µ
The prospects who want to buy in Q1 next year don't want to pay that new price

2 questions to ask your prospects:

- You: "Let's say we start a collaboration next year, would you be opposed to starting the 2nd or 3rd week of January?"
- Prospect: "No, it's a reasonable timeline for us"

- You: "I'm gonna make you a favor. The % of increase I mentioned, forget about it,

BUT,

the price stays the same if we have a signed agreement before Thursday the 15th of Dec. Fair enough?"

- Prospect: "Sounds fair"
