@elonmusk Meet @HalduNovruzzade #HalduNovruzzade, a wealthy businessman from Azerbaijan with a lavish lifestyle in a country where people struggle to find food. We will also tell you how he makes his money and how he leverages the U.S. financial system to profit his criminal enterprise.

@elonmusk @HalduNovruzzade During the Second #Karabakh War, Haldu Novruzzade with a group of other men, volunteered to follow the Azerbaijani Army into Nagorno-Karabakh. This was done under the guise of logistical support for the Army. Mr. Novruzzade owns a transportation company in Baku, Azerbaijan.

In reality, Novruzzade went to Karabakh as a mercenary to hunt Armenian civilians for sport. Those civilians were mostly elderly men who were either left behind by the retreating Armenian forces or unable to flee from war. Regardless, the killing of civilians is a war crime.

From October 2020 Novruzzade made multiple trips to Nagorno-Karabakh by obtaining special authorization from Azerbaijan's State Security Services. Ordinary citizens were not allowed to travel to the combat zone, so #HalduNovruzzade's trips to Karabakh raised immediate suspicion.

Exhibit 1: Haldu Novruzzade in the conflict zone (November 2020). He is wearing a paramilitary uniform, i.e., he wasn't a conscripted soldier who was ordered to go to Karabakh. He was a volunteer mercenary with no official military position who made a choice to kill Armenians.

Exhibit 2: The photo identification of the two Armenian civilians: Hmayak Dadamyan (born on November 10, 1983) and Levon Harutyunyan (born on September 10, 1952). After #HalduNovruzzade participated in the killings of these individuals, he seized their ID cards as a war trophy.

Exhibit 3: Here @HalduNovruzzade self-admittedly loots and desecrates an Armenian house in #Karabakh. The caption reads, "This is my best attitude towards Armenians." The video was posted online half a year after the original event.

Exhibit 4: Haldu Novruzzade in the zone of conflict on October 27, 2020. The man on his right is an unidentified member of the Azerbaijani Army. He couldn't confirm the role of this individual in the alleged killings of Armenian civilians.

Exhibit 5: A tweet from @novruzzade: "Not a single Armenian shall be allowed to leave #Karabakh alive." This demonstrates his state of mind which is important in determining and articulating his intent to kill Armenians. This tweet was posted the next day, on October 28, 2020.

We apologize for graphic words but someone had to translate these statements.

Exhibit 6: Two tweets from #HalduNovruzzade, issuing a religious fatwa (a ruling in Islam) to "behead Armenians" and "cut their ears." This too demonstrates his willingness (intent) to kill civilians.

Exhibit 7: A tweet from @HalduNovruzzade, admitting his participation in court trials of elderly Armenian captives who were abused in a courtroom by Azerbaijanis. He describes the court hearing as "horrifying," yet also states that "we have to be cruel towards Armenians."

There's more evidence to articulate Haldu Novruzzade's intent and capability to kill Armenians. This together with the identity of the assassinated Armenian civilians (which he revealed himself) should prove our allegations of war crimes. Let's talk now about his dirty money:

Haldu Novruzzade runs a barely profitable transportation and vehicle leasing company in Azerbaijan:

The company is a front for money laundering in and out of Azerbaijan, primarily through Turkey and UAE. While Novruzzade is a formal owner, the real bosses of the business are government officials who are also his relatives. A classic case of nepotism and laundering.

We know that @HalduNovruzzade uses U.S.-based @Mastercard and @Visa networks to facilitate his criminal transactions, including fundraising for the war effort in #Karabakh. He posted this info himself, so we're not breaking any law here by sharing this image.

There's more to this racketeer's car leasing business. His fleet of rental cars are equipped with real-time GPS tracking, audio and video recording equipment which #HalduNovruzzade doesn't disclose to his foreign clients from Canada, U.S., U.K. and European Union.

In doing so, @HalduNovruzzade shares his clients' location data and audio, video recordings with government agents in Azerbaijan who are surveilling foreign citizens visiting the country. This is done in violation of a long list of laws and business practices.

We call on @TwitterSafety and @elonmusk to investigate @HalduNovruzzade and remove him from the platform for his participation in war crimes against civilians and for his genocidal rhetoric against #Armenia's entire population. This is beyond hate speech. Real lives were taken.

We also call on @USEmbassyBaku, @StateDept, @USCIS to take serious steps to investigate our allegations, ban @HalduNovruzzade from receiving any immigration benefits under U.S. law and prevent this war criminal and racketeer from EVER entering the United States. #NoWar #Karabakh

Finally, because @HalduNovruzzade is using @WhatsApp (a @Meta product), @gmail (a @Google product) and iPhone (an @Apple product), we demand these American companies cease all relationships with this war criminal who openly calls for the genocide of Armenians.

Another set of photos. He was there during October and early November of 2020. And it was then when took the lives of Hmayak Dadamyan (born on November 10, 1983) and Levon Harutyunyan (born on September 10, 1952), the two Armenian civilians.

Firearms are illegal in #Azerbaijan. Only criminals and those close to the ruling regime have access to automatic weapons. Is this the same rifle @HalduNovruzzade used to murder Hmayak Dadamyan and Levon Harutyunyan? He killed them for sport in violation of Geneva Convention.

Here is the family of this butcher. Normally I don't share such photos, but these folks raised this monster and war criminal, brainwashed him into hating and despising Armenians. They told him it was okay to kill unarmed elderly Armenians.
