in subsequent runs when no zip files exist any more?

@CoryKnox I need to think about docs.chocolatey.org/en-us/communit… as that basically is a stub (which is odd for a guideline that seems to be mandatory).

@CoryKnox Oh: @chocolateynuget nicely made the titles SCREAMING UPPERCASE, which means you have to lookup the actual casing of both PROJECTSOURCEURL and PROJECTURL in the tiny wrapped breadcrumb navigation section to see that the first does not mean Projects-Our-CE-URL.

Not nice.

@CoryKnox @chocolateynuget It also took me a while reading other titles at docs.chocolatey.org/en-us/communit… to realise that the rule titles are formulated as "what is currently wrong" instead of "how it should be fixed".

Now "PMR0041 - ProjectSourceUrl Matches ProjectUrl (nuspec)" makes a bit more sense.
