Remember they held demonstrations to scold any women objecting to being flashed? Remember when they came screaming in the streets to protect that predator? #WiSpa.
We don’t forget. We have receipts.
Remember when they tried to tell us it was all staged? That it never happened? #WiSpa
Big news! A Southern California school district agreed to a settlement of $360,000 for firing a teacher who “hypothetically” refused to adhere to policies regarding gender ideology.
The word hypothetically was used in the lawsuit because
the situation never actually came up. The teacher, Jessica Tapia, just told district personnel that she would not use false pronouns nor would she allow someone to use the wrong the locker room and she wouldn’t withhold information from parents.
She stated that to do so would violate her religious beliefs.
The Jurupa Unified School District did not admit any wrongdoing, but agreed to pay Tapia $285,000, and $75,000 in attorneys’ fees.
Like a guest coming to a thanksgiving dinner and being shocked at the way people treat one another, many of the conversations here on X involve parties with a history.
Such is the case with JK Rowling and this oh so “innocent” Lucy person. 1/
Lucy has been abusive towards people for years. For years he has tried to get a response. This is not some lovely person living a quiet life. This is a man who threatens people who don’t do as he says. 2/
Here are a bunch of his specific abusive responses to JK Rowling.
Just because JKR doesn’t respond to you at first, doesn’t mean she doesn’t see all the abuse. 3/
1/. So, I just read this amazing thread about how activists do things and something clicked for me.
We are all familiar with DARVO. (Deny, accuse, reverse victim and offender). It’s abusive and I thought that was the point. It is not.
2. Let’s take one example. It always looks so weird when trans radicals call women misogynists. That obviously isn’t what’s going on here. So why would they say something so ridiculous?
They do it to water down your effective argument.
3. It is increasingly clear to the public how unfair things are for women right now. Their sports being taken from them by men. Their prisons are housed with men. Their rape shelters are targeted by men. And even though the word misogyny is over used, people can see it.
Whoa! You know my pinned thread about the fly lords? Children raised by children who desperately need discipline?
Well, the adults have come back in the room.
13 judges have decided not to hire any students who went to Columbia University unless things change. 1/
They say that Columbia has become ground zero for the explosion of student disruptions and hatred of diverse opinions. They say these disruptors have threatened violence, committed assaults and destroyed property. 2/
3/. If Columbia wants to reclaim it’s reputation it needs:
1. Serious consequences for faculty and students who committed disruptions and establish rules (like adults!) concerning threats against other students.
The shot put girls WON!!! Such great breaking news! The girls won a preliminary injunction! That means they get to compete!
These are the middle school girls who bravely protested having to compete against a boy in the girl’s competition. 1/
2/. A temporary injunction has been won. The judge said that they can compete in the next two meets. Since there are only two meets for the rest of the year, they can compete in all of them.
The judge still has to rule on whether this is a permanent injunction.
3/. The school said that even though it is not written, it was an unwritten rule that any athlete who voluntarily scratches in a competition will be barred from the next one and that is the only reason the girls were barred. Not because they protested.
1. You know these incredibly brave girls who decided not to compete against a boy in a shot put competition? Well, they have been barred from future competitions!!!
2. Four of the students are suing over this. The West Virginia Attorney General, Gen. Patrick Morrisey has filed a friend of the court brief on their behalf.
