I engaged Police many times to no avail. I spotted the patterns of pipelines being sold as assets soon after NEB approval rendering null and void all contractual agreements of the previous owners to have to comply to NEB mandated conditions of approval.

There is a lack of Certificate of Public Need. Simply go and ask for it from each pipeline that PM Harper approved. See if the proof of ownership is lawfully bound to the current OWNER or not. A subsidy is by law a different COMPANY. Different board etc. Ask about INSURANCE!

The biggest fraud regarding the Enbridge pipes is actually their lack of insurance. The Chair of the Canada Energy Regulator (CER formerly the NEB) is using 2016 data to answer questions in 2020 but lines have since been sold! Go to the link he provides.

Enbridge is vague on insurance type or if it carries. Assets were since sold off. New owners lack permits in their corporate names and have no contractual obligations should a spill happen. Please review the insurance info.

This was the Rouge River section of Enbridge Line 9. The NEB approved this to be run at 1000 psi. They failed to do proper Hydrostatic testing on this line. My view, the entire NEB hearing was like a massive act of fraud to me.
