If it’s safe, fun, lots to do, great farming grass fed foods, natural meats, etc. living healthy lifestyles, small neighborhood type communities, shared cultural interests like book reading etc., I would pay what Disney World residents paid but I would like 1,000x CHOICES

You could have some communities dedicated to say love of anime and others to the worship of the Christian faith and one that’s a live in theme park for say being an athlete or another that’s built around learning engineering or art or maybe learning how to farm, hunt, fish, etc.

1,000 new, better, cheaper, more efficiently run Disney Worlds would give families an opportunity to say raise their kids in an environment that’s statistically as safe as any place in Japan. #PrivateCities would create conditions to thrive for children to have happy childhoods

Disney for a half century before their recent child grooming fuck ups was running a place that 50+ million people a year flew 10,000+ miles in some cases to allow their toddlers to roam free because it was clean and safe. No technical reason Texas can’t 1,000x that here.

We could even steal billions in tourism from Nevada by turning the Chicken Ranch from the Best Little Whorehouse in Texas into a WestWorld type theme park with rural Western themed bordellos, others based on Texas national history like the Alamo, others based on football, etc.

Possibilities are endless including creation of Texas Film Industry totally detached from Hollywood, brand new better culture, where people want to be friends with their neighbors because they get to choose their neighbors and not live next to people they hate. Make Paradise REAL
