Math is hard and social media shouldn't require it.
You can learn on gut feeling alone.
10. You're not sending DMs
DMs are only for spamming people anyway, right?
Right.
To grow, do the opposite:
1. Don't build a niche. Make your own niche 2. Comments > Tweets (when you're small) 3. Focus on Consistency * Volume * Value 4. Make friends, don't serve the algorithm 5. Add you to the mix. Comments & QRTs over RTs.
6. Build relationships first. Sell last. 7. Try different formats/media. See what resonates. 8. Don't use hashtags. 9. (likes+RTs+comments)/views = engagement rate (higher is better) 10. Use DMs to connect. Hop on calls next.

When you think of lists on Twitter, think of tags.
There are two ways I use them:
1/ Structure my engagement — I have limited time, and I want to pay attention to all my friends and future friends, not just who happened to post last 2/ Remember things (you'll see)
But what does that look like:
1/ Structuring Engagement
On the mobile app, I quickly see the 3 lists that I PINNED:
— Friends — friends (duh)
— Future Friends — people I want to connect with
— Superstar Future Friends — mentors, coaches, people I like
