What is #ChatGPT?

It is all the buzz.. Showing my ignorance here, but I had no idea what "GPT" stood for, I just know I LOVE using it......So I asked ChatGPT.....of course.

Thread:
1/ In it's simplest form the GPT in #ChatGPT stands for "Generative Pre-trained Transformer". It generates human like text. #NLP #MachineLearning
2/ #GPT uses a transformer architecture, which is a type of neural network architecture designed for processing sequential data, such as text.
3/ GPT can be fine-tuned for a variety of natural language processing tasks such as language translation, question answering, and text summarization.
4/ It has been trained on a massive dataset, and because of this, it can generate highly coherent and fluent paragraphs of text.
5/ So far I'm using the innovation to help me think of new ways to research ideas, summarize complex thoughts and have fun with my kids "writing songs" about funny things they love, like rollercoasters.

How are you using it? #PleaseStayFree :)

Fortunately, it is covered by your employer's health coverage, but you have to pay the deductible.

Your deductible is $1,000.

Thread:
1/ You learn later that your neighbor, who is uninsured, also needs the same life saving procedure.
2/ You feel so bad for her. You feel so grateful that you have coverage through your employer. Sure, it cost you a $1,000 out of pocket and you pay about $400 per paycheck in premiums, but at least this life saving procedure was covered.

However......

#HR Leaders may not want to agree. 5 things HR Leaders wish were different.

After 20 years working with HR leaders, most will agree with them off the record.

Thread:
1) Lack of support from upper management: HR leaders often report feeling unsupported in their efforts to implement necessary changes within the organization.

#CEO #CFO #COO
2) Limited resources: HR professionals may feel that they don't have the necessary resources (such as budget, staff, or time) to effectively perform their duties.

Most are dealing with double the duties and half the staff they had a decade ago...
