Bharani is the 2nd nakshatra of the zodiac ruled by the planet Venus and the deity is Yama, falls in Aries from 13°20' -26°40'.

BHARANI IS one of my favourite Naksatra, it's said Bharani is form of Dharna of Guru SHUKRACHARYA who did Hard penance to please Lord Shiva and Finally booned by Sanjeevini Vidya, Such folks are patient even in unfavorable situations Due to their Dharna Guna.
