Good morning everyone in #cdnpoli who's about to read this thread and learn about an #NDP antisemitism scandal involving @MPJulian.
On August 11, @jonkay posted about an account (variably @Laith_Marouf and @MaroufLaith) posting vile and violent antisemitic content. He asked why this content isn't prohibited on twitter.

In the replies, someone reveals that the individual in question is a paid "anti-racism consultant" for @CdnHeritage.

How is it that the only federal leader or leadership candidate that's said anything about Rushdie is Trudeau?

Awfully disappointed in the CPC benches.
For all the bleating about authoritarian wokes, one would think that the Iran-sanctioned-and-encouraged attempted murder of a novelist would be something to stand up against.
Naturally, nothing from Singh either, but one suspects he'd probably place the blame for getting stabbed on Rushdie himself.
