To all those who are mocking the water-logged Bengaluru:

Our cities are our primary economic engines driving the States’/Country’s growth

With rapid urbanisation & sub-urbanisation, infrastructure is bound to crumble as we haven’t infused enough capital into upgrading the same

No Indian city (including my state’s capital city) today is immune to the disastrous consequences of climate change

If India has to continue to grow, we need well-laid, concerted capital allocations of Union & State Govts combined into radical improvement in infrastructure

We need bold reforms in urban planning & governance. Get away from conservative mindset & thing radical

Clean Roads, Clean Water, Clean Air & Better Storm water management systems are not hard to build

Hon’ble Telangana CM #KCR Garu has scripting History in medical education

Prior to 2014, in 67 years only 5 Govt medical colleges were setup in #Telangana

In the last 8 years, 16 new Medical colleges sanctioned & 13 more to be setup making it one medical college per Dist

This is Sangareddy Medical college almost completed

This is Mahabubabad Medical College almost completed

The 3 agricultural laws newly enacted by Center are against the interests of the farmers of our country

They are in no way beneficial to the farmers, indeed they aggravate farm crisis. That is why the TRS party is opposing these laws

The new law does not include the idea of 'Minimum Support Price'. If the Center does not announce support prices, there is a possibility that private syndicates & cartels may cheat farmers by quoting low prices

Eighty-five percent of our country's farmers are small & marginal. They are in No position to go to other states and sell, whereas the centre claims that they can. If there is a high price in one state, and if farmers from other states compete, local farmers will suffer

దేశంలోని 85 శాతం మంది చిన్న, సన్నకారు రైతులే. కేంద్రం చెప్తున్నట్టు వీరు వేరే రాష్ట్రాలకు వెళ్లి అమ్మే పరిస్థితి లేదు. ఒక రాష్ట్రంలో పంట ఉత్పత్తులకు ఎక్కువ ధర ఉంటే మిగతా రాష్ట్రాల వాళ్లు పోటెత్తితే స్థానిక రైతులకు నష్టం కలుగుతుంది

Dear @PiyushGoyal Ji, while we combat the #Coronavirus with a coordinated strategy, I would like to propose some measures Union Govt may initiate to reboot & energise our economy to attract investments to our country

India has a great opportunity, let’s grab it aggressively

1) Carry out bold & essential reforms at the earliest:

Imbibe all best practices in EoDB to propel India into top 20 in the world rankings; let’s update our dated labour laws & bankruptcy laws; and more importantly guarantee & honour consistency in state policies to investors

2) Very important to focus on creating world class industrial infrastructure in a mission mode over the next one year - large self-contained industrial parks; corridors; develop world class ITIs & polytechnics (2-4 for every state)

Capacity building in Infra & skills is vital
