4/5 It should be reminded that Kazybek KUDAIBERGENOV was detained on 9 January 2022 for participating in a peaceful rally. He was charged under Article 272 Part 2, Article 380 Part 3 paragraph 4,8, and Article 380-1 Part 2, paragraph 1,6 of the Criminal Code
