Trad-Reps are extremely revisionist. They think that the 2016 Trump Revolution was somehow a Social Conservative revolution (It wasn't, it was a NatPop one), and believe that their views are “Populist”, when their opinions are unpopular.

On top of that, they've seemingly forgotten that the Christian Conservative “Culture War” wing of the party was a founding member of the Reagan-Bush establishment consensus that has helped ruin the country with globalism and mass immigration.

... Granted, the Christian Right-wing TradCon faction of the GOP has always been somewhat against immigration, they did still accept the globalist shilling the GOP did for decades in exchange for Conservative social policies.

2016 as a moment in history was a battle between Trump's working class National Populist revolution, which was based upon a revolt against globalism, mass immigration (but also sported moderate social & econ. views), against the establishment (Including the TradCons).

Ted Cruz is possibly the best example of this. As he lead the TradCon movement in 2016. And worked together with the establishment to stop Trump...

... Even though post 2012 the establishment GOP wanted to ditch Social Conservatism & nascent anti immigration sentiments for full on (SocLeft & EconRight) Neo-Liberalism. This was the so called ‘Growth & Opportunity Project’. Who's shills now stand behind a certain governor.

That governor is no other than the awkward squeaky Culture War repping nerd called Ronald Dion DeSantis. Who's basically a Growth & Opportunity Project owned reboot of ‘Ted Cruz 2016’.

He's a psyop. All of his bills are overhyped to the umpteenth degree. And his past is extremely suspicious at best. And entirely disqualifying at worst.

DeSantis is there to distract the movement from acute socioeconomic & demographic issues, to instead waste energy on badly marketed Culture War issues that would lose the general to the Dems anyways. Thusly allowing a second Growth & Opportunity Project coup de palais attempt.

Therefore, I conclude this by stating the obvious. The TradCon wing of the GOP that switched it's support from the establishment to Trump, is now once again being used by the establishment (Through DeSantis) as useful idiots to forward the interests of Neo-Liberal elites.
