Step 1 - accept chronic illness as present
Step 2 - pursue THOROUGH self-care solutions
Step 3 - Prenatal/Child page is good for the family (no elderly specific info on the page though) jenniferdepew.com/prenatal%2Fchi…
Step 4 - autoimmune & mitochondrial support! docs.google.com/document/d/1Rm…
Step 5 -
"Doctors can't help or they refuse to help. " @BlueSlots
<- accept that that statement, sadly, is factual - the medical system has been taught wrong. They are either confident in their wrong methods, or complicit with the culling. CAUTION entering care & losing rights
Once in a hospital setting the patient and family can have little control over what happens next.

The US CoV death rates STRONGLY suggest that the US CoV "protocols" are quite DEADLY.
CDC/FDA has been complicit in withholding things that work.

Citrus peel is unbannable and very potent (but not a source of quinines)
Thread:
Citrus peel webpage: jenniferdepew.com/citrus-peel
Pomegranate peel is unbannable and very potent. The inner pith is edible and a source of pectin which is also protective. Pom peel blocks ACE2 entry and is a fusion inhibitor for HIV1 - preventing cell entry.
& is anticancer, anti-Alzheimers

#galectin3
Dandelions greens or roots are unbannable and very potent (avoid gas station or chemically treated areas as dandelion uptakes lead readily)

Anti prion/misfolding protein risk and anti-inflammatory, iron chelator

The greens fresh in salad is good, less potent than dried for tea
When people either can't help, or won't help, then asking those people for help is a BAD idea.

My Protocol Collation has lots of choices. The plant world has super herbals all around the planet. Look at what indigenous people in your area use. docs.google.com/document/d/1Rm…
This is now an incomplete list. I need to add pectin/galectin-3, and pom probably helps with elevated leptin.
Pomegranate webpage - older now, effectivecare.info/g13-pomegranate but has prep and overview info.
If stuck in a bad hospital situation - topical use of essential oils can be a therapeutic aide.
Or if comfortably at home - topicals can be absorbed, bypassing digestive issues. denutrients.substack.com/p/enhanced-coc…
Spike messes with the body in so many ways and the Lipid Nanoparticle carriers are risky in other ways

Hyperinflammation is an all-encompassing way to look at it. The worse cytokine reactions get, the higher risk the situation is. Early treatment needs to be used to prevent that
Melatonin and good sleep/light habits is critical.

Nrf2 promoters are very critical.

Nicotine lozenges may be a need, seriously.

Omega 3 EPA/DHA, iodine, selenium, magnesium,

& avoid glyphosate!
Glyphosate and organophosphates increase prion/misfolding protein risks

Mad Cow Disease in the UK seems largely to have been due to a mandated 'therapeutic' for cows. A farmer who resisted the mandate did not have a Mad Cow Disease problem - but he did end up with gov issues. 😉
Resistant starch, zinc & a healthy microbiome are critically important. Butyrate would help as a supplement but getting a healthy microbiome would be better overall. jenniferdepew.com/resistant-star…
Like good sleep/light habits -correct Circadian Cycle dysfunction, not just take melatonin
Avoid modern life inflammatory triggers
*My Thread went two directions after the next Tweet.
#Nrf2 promoters are also #NFkB inhibitors. Spike greatly decreases Nrf2 and increases NFkB.

It is VERY important to include multiple Nrf2 promoters in the daily diet. *Carotenoids would need to be avoided if Retinoid Toxicity is issue - & it may be in ME/CFS.
Step 4 - I called autoimmune and mitochondrial support.

Autoimmune support is adequate vitamin D (in advance for preventing allergy and autoimmune reactions) which requires both adequate magnesium and protein in the diet.
& avoid glyphosate

I think there is a bigger issue here - modern lidmfe is causing congenital birth changes in so many people and we all want to feel accepted and pretty or handsome. Soooo, this is being normalized instead of being linked to toxins & nutrient deficiencies prenatally.
In trying to write about pre-conception education to help prevent autism, I met a huge pushback- "You are trying to "prevent" ME!"
Um, no, I am trying to promote greater health on average for all babies.

Too many toxins & alcohol by men, are causing DNA changes & birth defects.
But it feels uncomfortable to admit that you have some thing 'wrong' with you - so instead of facing it and being an advocate for future babies, we all have to normalize toxic effects on the fetus as "diversity".

Acceptance of individuals doesn't mean we have to keep toxins.
