BC First Nations have several NGO's, who all oppose new Canadian pipelines in BC

These are NGO's aka political lobby groups, not bands. They are there to influence policy, and try to get more of what they want

Except the government publishes the Public Accounts as a PDF or HTML, making it virtually impossible to search and figure things out Image
Each payment entry is listed in its Ministry and its impossible to search and tabulate all of the payments made to a recipient across different ministries.
