A paid parking lot used by some #StopCopCity protesters appears to have two immobilization boots applied to every single vehicle that paid to park in the lot.
A rented white van full of cops parked right outside the lot can be heard laughing as people continue to arrive to discover the boots on their vehicle.
An employee of Empire Parking Services collecting boot fees, when asked if police asked EPS to target out-of-town vehicles driven by protesters and media, said “ask the police.”
