Today at the gym was a good start toward getting back on track, but as always when we live with too much untreated severe pain the least challenge that comes along can be overwhelming, but one of them was my fault.

started deflating my rear tire behind the driver. I remembered I had put an electric pump in the car long ago for such emergencies. I pumped the tire back up and drove to a Tires Plus where I bought a new fire because the nail was too close to the sidewall. It is good I was

driving when it happened which prevented Bella from being stuck with a flat tire.

Next I did something very dumb. Bella was so hungry and wanted a hot dog. I bought her four, but she did not like them. Knowing I am a celiac I ate one of the hot dogs. All evening I have had

There is a difference between nightmares which come during our sleep and nightmares which happen while we live them in our daily lives.

Although they are both better avoided the first is unpleasant but the second can be deadly.

Pain patients who are cruelly and inhumanely

denied adequate palliative care very often in the form of safe, most effective #OpioidRxs live a nightmare of unrelieved chronic, severe pain in their daily lives which can totally disable them or end their life with one of many complications caused by under or untreated, severe

chronic or acute pain.

Why must the nightmares of pain patients continue? To ensure the profits to the #DEA, #CDC, or #PROP? To pacify #AntiOpioidRxFanatics?

I do believe that no one from either of these groups will be totally disabled or killed if we stop killing pain patients

The war against opioid Rxs and pain patients is all about $$$. Nothing can compete with opioid rxs to safely or more effectively treat severe pain short or long term for 40 plus years.

A WWII vet had been on #OpioidRxs for his severe pain for 40+ years. Within months of being

Within months of being force tapered off of #OpioidRxs he died.

The #DEA’S efforts to make #OpioidRxs disappear shift all of that money to alternate treatments which are mostly ineffective or to #Cartels who sell their version of pain meds on the street.

The #WarOnOpioidRxs has nothing to do with saving lives. As the supply of safe pharmaceutical pain meds dries up OD’s skyrocket because the #Cartel’s pain meds are laced with illegal fentanyl.

But those not yet killed by the #Cartels will desperately spend their healthcare

Not only does denying terminal cancer patients adequate #OpioidRxs to control their severe or intractable pain cause them to suffer indescribably and agonizingly: it ends their lives even sooner.

Cruelly taking away much needed #OpioidRxs from people who are disabled by constant severe, intractable pain makes many of these human beings terminal: they will take their own lives or die in agony from complications of untreated severe pain. Yet the #CDC, #DEA, #PROP Cartel

The #CDC, #DEA, #PROP Cartel demands that millions of Americans live in severe, agonizing untreated pain which will kill tens of thousands, likely many more.

To make matters worse reducing pharmaceutical opioids increases the OD’s the failed strategy purports to stop.

Imagine if you will some fragments of those covid proteins which the mRNA vaccine produced happen to end up next to cardiac cells or nerve cells after the cells from our immune system shredded them. The next attack from our immune system would likely injure the cardiac or nerve..

The next attack from our immune system would clean up those fragments but also damage the heart and nerve cells. This is an autoimmune response much like how my immune system will drill a hole through my small intestine trying to get at any wheat I might accidentally eat....

Damage such as the autoimmune response against the fragments of whatever foreign cells invade our bodies can be seen in an autopsy, but until then many doctors will tell their patients that the pain is all in their heads which it may be, or in their hearts,

Late at night the scene from my long ago motorcycle accident replays in my head. I am lying on the hard, black pavement numb from head to toe from the impact. I am 15 years old.

There is a policeman and the driver of the car I hit looking down at me in the dark. The policeman ..

The policeman thinks he recognizes me and calls me by someone else’s name. He asks, ‘John, do you want me to tell your parents about this? (He meant to tell them how I died). I said, ‘No’.

The driver of the car says he can’t be inconvenienced by this any longer, and he must..

The driver said he must leave. The policeman tells the driver to be quiet and stay put until I am taken care of.

The ambulance collects me and we drive away with sirens and lights. Though I am numb I can feel broken parts rubbing together.

I wonder if the policeman..
