1/ Possible Ukrainian offensive on the #Kherson front, involving the crossing of the Dnipro river.

Recent geolocations from 2023 have shown the Ukrainians occupying part of Potemkin island, part of a small island chain between both banks of the Dnipro.

Which would mean that at some point, the Ukrainians have already crossed one half the Dnipro river. Geo: 46.562541, 32.503478

Videos have also showed the Ukrainians training on the formation of water barriers and crossing rivers, which would be necessary in order to launch an attack over the Dnipro river.

A recent Politico report noted that for the first time,

"eight armored vehicles that can launch bridges and allow troops to cross rivers, are en route to Ukraine for the offensive."

This may not include secret or unannounced deliveries.

Rybar also seems concerned about such a possibility.

A recent aid package from Washington contained "river boats", the specific number of weapons was not indicated

We have also noted the increased use of aviation over the Dnipro river, including the use of Scan Eagle drones as well as Mi-8 Helicopters operating out of Kryvyi Rig and Voznesensk.

There is also the argument that the Russians can simply blow up the upstream Khakovka dam. This is possible and it may factor into how the Ukrainians act around Kherson.
