In 2022, Then 19-year-old girl got in touch with a man in her neighbourhood(panchula) who made a physical relationship under the pretext of marriage.

The man filmed the act and used it to blackmail her into filing a fake complaint against her family.
She made a complaint to the police commissioner about her willingness to live in with the man and the threat to her life by her family.

After the complaint, the man sent the girl to her Mami in Saharanpur where they kept her locked in a room.
