BSL stands for Biosafety Level, 1-4. 4 being highest. Some countries they are referred to as Risk Groups, 1-4. These are designated Biohazards that require Biosafety as 2,3,4 cause disease, death.
“Covid19” is a SARS related coronavirus, it is a BSL3 or RG3. By definition however, it now meets the BSL-4, RG4.
The umbrella is a “SARS related coronavirus”, to be more specific it is SARS2, sarscov2, C19 -a BSL3, RG3 however now meets the definition of BSL4, Risk Group 4. XBB is SARS3
The basic BSL, Risk Groups are standard globally, and are to be for the Biosafety & Biosecurity for PROTECTION of the PUBLICs health & safety FROM the designated human pathogens & toxins. There are lists of what they are. Fact check all this. In Canada, the legislation

Schools are NOT allowed to have a RG 2,3,4 IN them as they cause disease, death in Canada. There is no sane world where that would be any different in any other country.
The protection of the public’s health & safety from Biological Hazards, IS the responsibility of every level of govt., agency etc.
Vaccinated & unvaccinated, will be infected if exposed. It’s transmitted in the air, can stay in air for hours, it’s “airborne”. There is no vaccine yet that “stops infections”. Vaccine injury is .01% and they would’ve required treatment as well
