The Swamps must be running out of steam if Dmitry Firtash is negotiating a plea deal!

Firtash was likely behind the Furman & Parnas effort to frame Trump for corruption, but good thing Rudy collected the #receipts for DOJ!
Firtash was also behind the CEO of Wirecard, the corrupt financial services company that was stealing billions & working with hostile intelligence agencies.

That CEO was once involved in a plot to by spyware like the stuff Biden just banned by EO.
Firtash worked with Manafort to get former DHS secretary to represent him in Swampy negotiations with DC. Might have been the reason that Manafort tried to frame Obama & Biden for collusion before he tried to frame Trump for the same thing.
Good thing FBI developed the ability to track Bitcoin transactions using the blockchain!
Firtash may have played a role in the effort to frame Trump for collusion. Mueller was investigating Firtash's friends not Trump's!
Global consulting giant McKinsey played a role helping Firtash's friends at Wirecard try to buy Deutsche Bank in an effort to hide their losses & thefts by cooking the books in the merger.
The likely target of any negotiation with Firtash would be Boeing & their Swampy friends in DC.

Firtash's criminal charges involve bribing foreign officials to get Boeing a sweetheart deal on titanium. A deal engineered by McKinsey.

How big is the Boeing deal?

Well the Clintons helped convince Russia to buy 50 jets from Boeing & got a $900,000 Clinton Foundation donation from Boeing for it!
Most of the jets Boeing sold were paid for by the US Export Import Bank where LTG Flynn's Swampy partner Bijan Kian was a director!
Boeing also tried to engineer a Swampy settlement in the 737 Max case.

A judge reopened it thinking it was a sweetheart deal for Boeing that ignored the victims killed in the crash in violation of US law.
Boeing also tried to 'help' Trump by using their influence to pick Swamp creatures to staff the Dept of Defense for Trump!
A US Air Force official, responsible for spending $30B a year for 10 years, appointed by Clinton & Bush was gaming appropriations decisions to help Boeing & place family at Boeing.
She then got an executive position at Boeing for approving the F22 Raptor.

Looks like Justice Clarence Thomas is being exposed as a Swamp creature. I'm sure he isn't the only one...

I guess that is why the federal court system finally agreed to make Justices & Judges report gifts from their friends on their ethics filings.

Since the 70s, judges & justices havee ignored federal ethics laws. But because they exempted themselves from compliance with reporting gifts they allowed this process to continue.

Just a quick look at the elements of the crime that need to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt in court.

So they must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that 1: President Trump in the County of New York caused a false entry into the business records

I'm not sure how you can prove intent to conceal another crime if you can't prove the other crime happened.

The only NY crime Bragg mentioned was NY state election laws. But this was a federal election campaign under jurisdiction of FEC.

Huh, the first 4 charges place the President in New York committing the crimes on 2/14/17.

Yet Comey's memos place Trump in the White House in Washington, DC. He wasn't even there...

Trump was also in the White House, in Washington DC.
8th count occurred sometime between April 12, 2017 & June 19, 2017.

Couldn't pin it down any better than that huh? But on April 12th, Trump was in the White House in Washington DC.

Biden sanctioned NSO last year, then a front company, using a fake businessman, signed a contract with NSO to buy spyware claiming it was for US govt to spy on cartels in Mexico.
Was this a rogue contractor? Or a rogue agency?

I guess now we know why Biden issued this order last week prohibiting federal agencies from using spyware from shady companies like NSO!

They have to report to the White House to admit they did this or that they did it illegally!
Riva Holdings sounds like it is a front company for US covert operations from many agencies. Or at least it was before this story!
