Advocate Singh Malik appears for Sukesh. The challenge in issue is the Jail tickets issued are in violation of Delhi Prison Rules. Rule No. 1272 & 1273, the rules prescribe that a showcase notice to me, I have to join the inquiry My Lords!

@AnantMalik29: These tickets are operative from May 1. My Lords! The situation as it stands, i (#SukeshChandrashekhar) was NEVER informed about the Jail Tickets. I became aware of this tickets from this letter dated April 17.
@AnantMalik29: It has gone to the appraisal Judge, he has appraised. After that they communicate to me. That's the situation! This is an issue of Principal of Natural Justice as well. There are no two ways about it, because there are judgments of the coordinate benches.
