Why would a bottled water business report be interested in #COVID?

According to the DoJ autopsy that was published, the video in this series could not have happened.

So why did they stage this shooting in this way?

Here is the DoJ archive specifying that Ashley Babbitt's death was due to a gunshot wound to the shoulder.

There was no esophageal injury or neck injury. So why was blood coming out of her mouth and there was no blood on the wall or floor?
