What I’m asking is the responsibility that govt & PH have to inform the public about long Covid,about the risks of a Covid infection. So,in all of the presentations that have been done,since 2020,in every slide that has been looked at,not once was long Covid mentioned 1/ #BCPoli

This is archived on the BCCDC website. So if a BCer, parent was wanting to educate themselves on the risks of Covid infections, they would find ZERO information in the very place tasked to provide such information.

When presentations are tailored to fit a narrative
✅ BC is doing better than (place current scapegoat here) (fudge numbers, hide data)
✅ The negative impact of pretty well any Covid mitigation
✅ Avoid any mention of anything that contradicts the narrative (ie Long Covid)

They went one step further. Testing was always restricted, difficult to access. Then it pretty well stopped completely for the majority of BC.

Long Covid interfered with Henry & co’s plans for minimizing ‘societal disruptions’ & minimizing Covid in general.
Evidence shows they had information about long Covid almost from the start, & were planning for ‘specialized coordinated care’ in May 2020. TY @littleann4ever 10/

Why then, was there NO MENTION of the dangers of long Covid? Why create clinics but not fully inform the public? It’s not like Henry & BC PH comms don’t relentlessly push the messages they like.

@Protect_BC & @littleann4ever collaborated on an excellent piece outlining the timeline & info that Henry, BCgovt, BCPH had, & did not fully share with the BC public. Answering a reporter’s question is not informing BCers. It’s a journalist doing Henry’s job.

I apologize for the dog’s breakfast order of this tweet. I know someone affected with long Covid. It is heartbreaking & infuriating to keep learning more about how much Henry knew, & the effort put in to push an agenda, while an uninformed BC public were exposed to Covid. 13/

One last thing.
Speaking of collaboration, imagine if Henry had actually collaborated, instead of creating a bloated BCPH/BCCDC full of like minded, overpaid bureaucrats?
If she actually listened 2 the advice of aerosol scientists, @DrFiliatrault who showed how to shut down SARS?
