First of all, @array_capital is a launchpad whose vocation is to launch only protocols that offer a real yield to users.

What is Mayfair?

Mayfair is a DAO that governs a set of tokenized investment funds and leverages to them, bringing a new class of investment products to the DeFi ecosystem.

Yes the equivalent of ETF in TradFi → DTF (DEX Traded Funds)

DTFs track the performance of a portfolio composed of chosen assets.

The portfolio is a Smart Index Pool and is rebalanced by arbitrageurs just like any liquidity pool.

So you can directly invest in various narratives and sectors like DeFi Bluechips, AI, meme-coins, ...

Mayfair uses these DTFs to implement strategies to generate returns and thus maximize value for DTF holders.

Holders will have nothing to do, underlying tokens are put to use by Myfair in safe and profitable protocols like @GMX_IO

Mayfair's integrated Perp Dex enables you to open long/short positions with high leverage on DTFs!

It simply means that it’s the first time you'll be able to leverage narratives and sectors.

You can for example short the #memecoin DFT if I think it will go away.

Leverage is guaranteed by $mDTF.

$mDTF consists of an index of assets used for swaps and leverages trading.

It can be minted using any index asset and burnt to redeem any index asset. Exactly like $GLP!

$mDTF holders are rewarded with :
- 70% of platform fees distributed in ETH
- $MAY emission

$MAY is the governance token of the protocol, it will have a 3,000,000 token allocation.

The emission and distribution are well thought out → No cash funds for the team, 1-year vested tokens.

Tokenomics optimizes value for holders and avoids pump and dump.

Additionally, Fees generated from buying DTFs will be used for buybacks $MAY ensuring continued value for holders! --> RealYield
